Joe, Tom and the staff are genius!!! They provide solutions that save money, labor, and provide quality parts. I was able to install everything in 6 hrs with their help. Heat, on demand hot water, clothes washer, and steam dryer. Happy New Year! Love All Serve All!!!!

Always had good experiences here. This truly was a mom & pop store. They are closing to retire. Unfortunately, the franchise cannot be sold to another entity without being relocated. Such a terrible shame because this location was so convenient & had plenty of parking available.

Neighborhood hardware shop always had what I needed to complete a project and always had great advice. It's going to suck when the do shut down. Hate going to the big stores.

Great store has everything you could ever need. Great people working there. So very sad to see it closing

This place is very nice. I had never been there before this year. But i needed P.B.C. piping too make my lollipops for my yard this Christmas. An the people there were so helpful and kind. I even bought my 9ft. Christmas tree there on a steal of a deal. That i can convert into a 7ft. Its like a mom and pop shop. I would shop there again.

I personally know the owners. But that does not affect why I give it 5 stars. It's small but has everything a Home store needs. And it's reasonable. And the owners slash workers are really friendly and helpful. I enjoy going here for my home things. And you see a family you grew up with.

Loved this place so sad it’s closing

Absolutely awesome hardware store. The ladies are always friendly and willing to help out, as do the other clerks. My first time in this store was just two weeks ago starting a new project in the area, and they've been super helpful. I've been able to get everything I need so far. Great deals On tools and accessories as well...

I was doing some work at a house in the north end of Wilkes-Barre, PA and needed some hardware to complete the job. I didn't feel like struggling with the local Home Depot, so I searched and found this place.

I don't get out their way too often, so it was a new place for me. Ace and other smaller hardware brands are fighting the good fight against massive retail stores. Something was lost when we went to big box stores, as sometimes a local hardware store is all we need. A typical homeowner could find everything he/she needs for a project here. I was particularly impressed with their selection of hardware and slide out drawers.

I found everything that I needed, and the employees were very helpful. Yes, on occasion you may find a cheaper price at Home Depot, but there's a lot to be said for personal interaction in a local feel and ease of shopping.

This hardware store has EVERYTHING.
It’s local, great staff, convenient hours.
Sure the prices may be slighty higher but at the end of the day you can get what you need quickly without driving to Wilkes Barre.
As far as the prices go? I’ll pay a little more knowing it’s a local owned business, I can get in and out quickly and I don’t have to park 1/4 mile from the front door!

Great place, friendly staff. They have everything you need without the hassle of the big home improvement places...Also have some unique things you will not find in a big box store. Ace rewards are some great deals too.

I really like these guys. Joe has a great attitude and willingness to serve the community. We had a project just across town and always tried them before going all the way to Lowe’s or Home Depot.

Our furnace had a malfunction that prevented it from working n it was realy cold outside n only other heat source we have is a coal burner. Unfortunately we didnt buy coal yet n needed to grab bags of it n Petros was still open for 1/2 hr. I drove there asap n they were still open but garage was closed 10 mins already for they were closing in 20mins. But after hearing my problem n need they were so kind to reopen the garage n stacked the bags of coal into my suv ever so kindly. They really saved us n our home from freezing. Thank you all for me being able to have heat in our home that night for we wouldve been in real trouble.
