My experience dealing with Chonda Mashore at this branch has been great! I initially applied to refinance my auto loan, however rates are higher than I expected, even higher than my current term. Instead of pushing my loan application through anyways, Chonda reached out to me and helped me weigh the pros and cons. She also told me about some other financial options that Gold CU offers, one of which I ended up taking advantage of, and she did all the work to help me apply!
This was my first time applying to refinance an auto loan and I learned so much! Thank you Chonda for the excellent customer service, communication, and information!

With so many loan companies out there, she puts the star on Gold and makes sure customers like us are well treated and are customers for life with Gold.

If I could give Gold CU more than five stars, I would. Every person I worked with at Gold was genuinely helpful, friendly, and caring. Not only did they secure my auto loan for the lowest rate I've seen, they went beyond that and offered me extremely sound financial advice. After dealing with so many impersonal banks and dealerships, it was almost a shock to encounter actual humans, who made a point to be both caring and accessible. Thank you to everyone there—especially Cindy Sears, my loan agent. She was fantastic!

GOLD Credit Union is 100% there for their members! I had a fantastic experience with Chonda Mashore who worked diligently with me to accomplish my financing needs; even with my not so great credit stats, she was more than willing to hop on an initial call with me and discuss any outstanding potentially red flag items further - rather than turning me away based on some arbitrary / preliminary screening.. like (cough) MOST, if not, all other places would do. GOLD really does care and will work with you and for you to accomplish your goals! 9000/5 stars!!

I recently worked with Cindy Sears and the loan team and they were excellent! Not only was the customer services and turnaround time spectacularly quick, the rates I received for both my auto and personal loan were by far the best out there compared to other financial institutions. My job offered membership to this Credit Union, and I joined mostly because I needed a car loan. This was a great experience- they are quick to process applications, quick to respond to questions, very helpful and did a 100% virtual process for me. Guys ask for Giovanni Pablon - he is definitely a loan officer you want to work with!

Customer service was excellent at the Gold Credit Union, as usual. Every staff member goes out of there way to help and make transactions a pleasure. Really good people work there. Alden helped me get my new car and Giovanni is working on my home loan. Rates are great also.

Gold Credit Union was able to work with me to get me approved for a loan when no one else would give me the time. I worked directly with Alden and he was outstanding! You can’t ask for a better Credit Union, and you can tell they care for their customers.

When ever I go to the GOLD C.U., I usually get Beverly as my teller and she is always very friendly & helpful and will always go the extra mile to help! But everyone else has also helped me at various times and I can easily say the same things about everyone else! Especially during the Covid thing going on, they always did their best to make my transactions as best as possible under the circumstances! I’ve multiple Loan accounts with them and each time the process has been seamless. Amazing staff and the best rates by far. I am so happy I made the switch to Gold. The Gold staff go above and beyond to help you and provide you with valuable information. I needed a budgeting sheet and I got one. We also reviewed my credit history and discussed things that needed attention and or corrections. Gold also sent me an insightful book Money Rules The Simple Path to Lifelong Security which provides ideas and tips on how to manage your money. They are not at all like a regular bank. When you bank with Gold you are treated like family. They care and look out for you. I highly recommend switching to Gold!

Chonda and Madelaine are amazing! Chonda took the time that I needed to get me pre-approved for the car that I wanted so I could just walk into the dealership with a no fuss check payment. It saved me so much time and Chonda let me switch vehicles at least 3 times. Once I was ready, we were in and out with a check in less than an hour. Their rates are also perfect! Best banking institution I have ever been with. I have a mortgage, checking and savings with them. The local branch is phenomenal with their customer service. Every employee always has a smile on their face when we enter the branch. They go above and beyond. I never have any issues.
