Great store for back to school, college, or any work or household. It's a shame that this store lets children run wild.

Very helpful with everything! Had a long wait time or something, but the kid at the counter helped me out at the self serve so I could still print my documents. Great customer service!

This 5 star review is meant for an employee Kevin H. ( Hendrick? ) of Wilkes-Barre store. I accidentally left my purse in the store yesterday, I called and this guy was very nice and took the time to check the area I thought I left my purse. He found it. He truly deserve a recognition for taking the time in helping a customer even through phone. Just imagine how helpful he can be if you are physically in the store? I am very thankful to Kevin, losing my purse would have been the biggest mistake since I have very important papers in it, not to mention the usual credit cards and cash. Again, thank you Kevin!

Was there today to pick up a laser printer and the guy who assisted me was awesome. Helped me find the right printer for my needs and loaded it into my car for me.

Extremely helpful customer service. Basically sat me down and talked about what I was looking for in a new laptop and service plan. Sometimes you can find an amazing sale or clearance item for cheap. Great location with many surrounding stores.

We placed an order for our store and there was a small misunderstanding. The employees there were very professional and handled the situation right away. Things happen but we are very thankful for the way they handled it so quickly and professional. We will definitely keep giving our business to this staples!!!!!!!!
