Jack Williams Tire & Auto Service Centers

I had never been to Jack Williams before. I was late for inspection, and they got me in the same day I called. They were very thorough and gave me suggestions on several things my car is due for due to its age. There was no pressure to book with them. The staff was very friendly and they had a great little place for my grandson to play while we waited. It did not take long, and was $30 less than I usually pay for inspection. Great place and great people. I would go there again.

I made an appointment last night (around 8 pm) for a State Inspection on my new car today at 10 AM. They had me in and out in less than 45 minutes! They did a great job keeping my car clean as well (I saw them use a seat liner before they sat down). The location was also very convenient to be able to run across the street to grab a bite to eat or do some errands while your car is being serviced.

While I was waiting, someone came in with a flat tire issue, and the front desk staff/mechanic staff inspected the tire and let the man know that they couldn't fix the issue for safety reasons. I thought that the whole team showed a lot of professionalism in that situation, and didn't try to sell him something that wouldn't fix the actual issue or put him/his car at risk. I will definitely be back in a year for my next inspection!

I was a walk in wants sure if I would be able to be seen. I was greeted by 2 nice young ladies that explained that it would be a bit of a wait 30 min or so but they did fit me in for my state inspection.
I was there with my children and they had a movie to entertain them which I appreciated not alot of service center have kids area.
I was in and out quickly. I would recommend this place over most other auto body shops in the area due to the fast and kindness that they show.

My son works for the company now after taking our vehicles to them for some time he decided to try them out as an employer and absolutely loves it. The quality of work they all put in to making sure the vehicles are properly fixed is relieving. Zaid, Rachel and the technicians are always so helpful and informative. Zaid is an outstanding example of excellent customer service. There is no question that he understands how to inform and update the customer on service needed and provided. Shop looks clean and the technicians are very knowledgeable. Gained a life long customer out of me!

Best team they installed 4 tires had me in and out the door in 35 mins. The staff was friendly and had speed of service! Highly recommendable and will be coming back for sure

Amazing work from the mechanics and managers at this location! They were upfront with any repairs made before doing them. Zaid also helped me out with my bill what a well raised gentleman.

I had gotten a flat tire with less than a week before I left to Florida from Pennsylvania for college, and I was stressing out. I did some searching on google for local tire repair shops and Jack Williams came up first for a reason! Their customer service was amazing, I told them over the phone that I was leaving in a week for school and they scheduled me in for a repair and balance right away. The repair and balancing was super quick, and the staff there are amazing people. And the cherry on top, the price that I paid for the service and the quality of their work is unmatched at any store I’ve ever heard of. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of any automotive work done to their vehicles!

Spoke with Zaid over the phone. Very knowledgeable about the service offered and that I needed for tires and inspections. All staff in the front are very kind and respectful. I appreciate the work that they did on my vehicle.

They were amazing and went above and beyond to change/check my flat tire very promptly, when I really needed it. It was an extremely genuine and helpful experience!

Went in a for a oil change and staff was amazing Sharline and Zaid were very welcoming and took care of me and gave me the best deal possible on a price for a set of tires.. their mechanic Zack was very quick and took the time to look over y car and check if anything was wrong with my car .. will definitely be back!!!!

Zaid gave me exceptional customer service. I was in and out of the shop in 5 minutes. Brandon, Mike, Sharlene were all great customer service and friendly.

I was very impressed with the service from this shop. I had a blow out and thus was the closest shop that was well rated. They fit me in and got me back on the road. I wish they were closer to home because I would buy all my tires from them if they were.

I took my vehicle in for an inspection and to replace my front tires. My technician, Harvey, was very quick and thorough getting me in and out the door within an hour all said and done. There was no pressing for extra sales other than a few recommendations that I was already aware of. The woman at the counter that checked me in and closed out my check was incredibly kind and great about keeping me in the loop with my vehicles progress. I will definitely be returning for future vehicle needs. Where else could I possibly beat a $54 inspection and kind staff?

Rachel was so kind and helpful with my inspection and explained everything in great detail today. Harvey completed my inspection in a timely manner. I will be coming here for my car needs from now on, amazing work happens here!

Ordered tires from Amazon. Had them shipped to them and installed. Got two front tires for like 157 or something like that included installation and disposal. The one tire had a leak called the mop scheduled an appointment. Took it back in, they fixed It. I wasn't charged anything extra. Extremely happy with the service minus having to take the car back in of course. Thanks again guys!

Dave, Ace and the entire crew here are great people - always ready and willing to help and they explain everything from procedure to cost so you know exactly what you're getting and exactly what you will pay. Sent my son, who attends college nearby, to this location for the second time. A great work culture is getting hard to find but you can find it here!!

They came to my rescue and the service was excellent! I drove in on the day of my engagement party with a lot on my plate and a flat tire. The team was clear about the long waitlist, but after overhearing my plans for the day they jumped to my rescue. I was back on the road in no time at all.

Super helpful. I was an out of town walk-in with a slow leak tire and was treated like I had an appointment. Fit me in quickly and completed my repair (just a new valve stem) quickly and efficiently. Very pleased and would go out of my way to use them again if necessary
