Prom Excitement!

I had an amazing experience at this store. I went to get a last minute short semi formal dress. I was helped to a lovely dressing room by very uplifting and joyous people. They helped getting in/out of dresses and gave supporting advice and opinions. Once I got my dress the lovely desk worker Frankie helped me check out and added my school to the registry where they check to see if others got the same dress. I was given many compliments from the worker Donna who loved the dress I chose. I was quickly in and out with a dress I am very happy with. Thank you to the amazing staff!

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful my experience was. I drove 2 hours to visit this shop. As soon as I walked in I was greeted right away by the employees with smiles. They were genuinely very happy and cheerful. I was given a full tour of the shop so I knew what style dresses were where which made it easier for me to shop. I was constantly checked on and given lots of gowns to try on. As it got closer to closing time, I never felt rushed by anyone. In fact, they insisted I retry on the two I couldn't decide on to make sure I was 100% happy with the dress I chose. I really saw the employees take their time and go out of their way to make me feel special. You can tell the employees really enjoy their job. It looked like they all were having lots of fun while remaining professional. I was able to talk to the owner Kathy, who really does put her heart into her shop and her employees. It was definitely a wonderful experience. It exceeded my expectations and made it a fun time. I would by far recommend this shop to anyone!

Loved, loved, loved this boutique! They have an extensive inventory of gorgeous gowns and dresses and the sales consultants were so helpful! We were there for about 3 hours and they were extremely patient. You could tell the consultants cared if we found what we needed. They made excellent suggestions and my granddaughter left with a beautiful gown that made her feel like a princess. It is by far the nicest place we have ever been to find the perfect dress!

Kathy and her staff were great! I purchased my senior prom gown today and walked out with exactly what I wanted. I politely asked one of the kind ladies at the desk to help me find a glamorous senior year gown. I described what I was looking for and they made me feel beautiful and encouraged me to try on a variety of different dresses to make sure I found the perfect one! They have a great selection and many to pick from! I can't thank the Prom Excitement staff enough for helping me find the perfect senior gown!

Kathy and her staff are amazing! My daughter purchased her dresses and gowns from them for years. We became friendlier when she appeared in their commercials. Recently, I was having difficulty finding a gown for my son's wedding. Kathy went above and beyond to help me find my dress. She even selected the perfect jewelry to match. I am so grateful for her genuine kindness.

The store is very well laid out, with a great variety of gorgeous dresses in many sizes to choose from. The staff is exceptional! Very professional and helpful. We've been here twice now (drove 1 1/2 hours, one way) and will be back again! Two VERY enthusiastic thumbs up!

Best prom store there is! I've been to every other prom/semi store in a 2 hour radius and this is by far the best! They have an AMAZING selection and the girls there are so super helpful. I came here for both junior and senior prom and found both dresses quick and painless! They even have layaway if you need some time to pay off the dress. Wonderful experience, always recommend to friends!

Three years in a row and three stunning dresses! We've loved every one but today was an exceptional experience!! Donna is phenomenal to work with and knows exactly what the girls like! Today she had Megan in tears over her dress, in a good way of course. Thanks Prom Excitement!!

Outstanding customer service! Kathy was fast to resolve our issue. We ordered a dress with another boutique online. Four days later, trying to call and waiting for confirmation that was to occur within 24 hours, we never heard back. This was the last dress in my daughters size Sherry Hill had left. I called two other boutiques in NY and both told me the dress was unavailable, yet Sherry Hill was still showing availability. We happened to catch an advertisement on Channel 16, so I took a chance and called Prom Excitement, though it is a 2 hour drive. Within 14 hours, Kathy called to state the dress was available and on the way. My daughter and I are EXTREMELY thankful and grateful for Kathy's AMAZING service! We will be taking the two hour drive for any future formalwear needs.

Great quality in dresses & staff! My daughter had no idea what she wanted so the staff worked with her & tried different styles until she found the perfect dress! As a mom, there is nothing you want more! We will definitely be back!

Today Prom Excitement was the first AND last dress shop I went to, to find my perfect dress for my senior prom. They have so many different colors, styles, and sizes! Right when I thought I wasn't going to find my perfect dress, I did! (with the help of a really sweet worker). It needs minor altering, but it is the most beautiful dress, I literally felt like a princess in it. Perfect dress shop for any girls of any size, just ask for help!

Can't say enough about the staff here, they stayed open on a Friday night to help my daughter with her dress. We were having trouble with the zipper on the dress on her prom day. The staff worked on it for almost an hour and got it to zip. So grateful.
