Alexandra was extremely helpful, courteous, kind and knowledgeable. She knew the answers to all of our questions and spent a lot of time with us helping us decide what to do. We ended up purchasing a terrarium and a leopard gecko. 🦎

I have taken all my dogs to this location over the past 6 years. They really get to know you and your dogs, if you are the kind of people that take the time to speak to the employees and be friendly! I have used their grooming and training services and cannot speak more highly of this location. Steve is an amazing trainer and Angie has groomed multiple dogs for me and they are never scared of her! The brand of Petsmart near you may be good or bad but this location has many great folks who remember you and your pet everytime you come in and that is what keeps you coming back to a store like this.

I always find something enjoyable here. I love seeing all the animals in the store. I always have a wide variety of toys for pets entries and treats

Had a great experience! Both my puppers Jake and me. Very very friendly staff and they did an amazing job making my dog happy and look so handsome :) We will be back when it's time for another pamper day!

Staff is amazing, especially Sherry. The cat/rabbit love coming with us and getting love from everyone when they need a refill on food/treats.

Really nice store. The store associates were unbelievably kind to us explaining the world of bearded dragons. Excellent. Will be going back. There was a woman who really was amazing. The cashier was also quick and lovely.

I can stop in and get the things I need and I usually end up with little extras for my fur kids. I found a cute shirt for my Doxie who happens to be named Buddy.

I get great customer service here. They always have what I need for my pets.

I've been here solo and with family. Everytime I come here the service is presentable as well as thoughtful of what we need

I went in to buy a card for my wife and I brought my little brother Azure with me and reminded him of her birthday and he was like a little kid getting gift bags and. Loading them with a bunch of littlest and the three of us pretty lady working there included were just kick in it thanks F.D.

They have a lot of stuff for all kinds of pets. They handle the special cat food my cat needs.

The Groomer was Professional & knowledgeable. She made my dog feel comfortable. All the employees were friendly. They are clean. Its convenient to take him there bc you don't have to wait for appts. I probably won't go back bc of the price. It was 80$. Double where I normally go. But, he needed done & I didn't ask b4 hand what it would cost.

This store has been great as a new puppy parent. They were able to make suggestions and were so helpful and kind when we were in there. Been back several times and there is always knowledgeable staff willing to help. The store is clean and organized and the prices are what you expect, but they always have sales and clearance items

First time I've taken a dog to get groomed. Fantastic and surprisingly quick...the staff were very friendly and actually seemed to enjoy what they were doing which is refreshing in 2022. This is the place our new pup will be going too for now on.
