Comfort Suites Manheim - Lancaster

This hotel deserves more than five stars. Nice location, an indoor pool and a gym. Rooms were super clean, beds were so comfortable, bathroom was spotless, fast running water, equipped with fresh towels, toiletries and other essentials. A very pleasant and convenience experience! Highly recommended!

We had a good experience, staff were friendly and helpful, the location was really convenient right off the highway, price was great and breakfast is included! The pool is a little small bit fine if there's not too Many people as in our case.

This was a last minute trip to pick up my dad , he eas visiting family. This hotel was very clean and inviting.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We booked last minute and they were super cheap. Perhaps i shouldnt have jumped to conclusions.
The lobby is nice and clean. There are plenty of seats for just relaxing. The complimentary coffee station is a plus. We were greeted warmly by a clerk at the front desk and she made check in super easy. Our room was a decent size. Two queen beds and a sofa bed. The desk was a nice size. There was also a microwave. The pool was down the hall and was very clean. The people were all considerate and none of the kids were rowdy. The laundry facility was a nice touch. Especially after the kids going swimming at 9pm. No one wants to bring home wet swimming clothes from a trip. There was also a complimentary breakfast that had a little bit of everything. Eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal, oatmeal and fruit. The young man working that are was really nice and working hard. Overall our trip was a successful. I was impressed with the quality given the low price. Im glad we made the decision to choose the comfort inn.

It's dated but clean. Very quiet, good staff. Very comfortable beds and a decent breakfast selection.

Walked in,was greeted by Bella, she was very warm and helpful, mentally walked me thur, I'm saying here for my frist time in this neck of the woods, she answered my questions and we checked in! She is a great people person and very much an asset to your company! Certainly has manager potential, she's already there! When I pass this way again I will be staying! Thank you! Ted

We reserved a room here to be close to an event at Spooky Nooks Sports Complex. Unfortunately, my husband had a medical emergency that prohibitted us from staying here. I called to let them know what happened. The next day I received a lovely message that we would be refunded & they said they hoped my husband was ok. We were not expecting that but were glad nonetheless and impressed with the management.

We loved it here! staff was very friendly ! The bedroom was huge and very clean! Beds were very comfortable which that's a bonus bc most hotel beds we've stayed at are very hard! My favorite part was the pool and weight room ,I could see my kids right through the window. I love the set up! ,they were respectful when we were in our room and didn't ask to clean ,but cleaned when we lived gone! Was definitely worth the small 25 minute drive to Hershey the service was great!

The hotel was located between Hershey Park and Lancaster, and it was a perfect stop during our trip. The hotel is very clean and breakfast is good. The room is big, great for a family of 5.

As season pass holders at Hershey, we travel to the area often and stay overnight. This was our first stay at this location. We will definitely be back! Not only is the hotel clean, offers amenities (like a pool, fitness center, and breakfast!), the staff was absolutely amazing! Every interaction was kind and helpful! I can't say enough accolades about how wonderful the staff was! Can't wait to plan our next getaway to this location!

This was a well-run, clean hotel. It had a family-owned feel. It was quiet, comfortable and the workers were kind. We stayed here to go to Hershey Park.

I stayed at this property for four nights. The rooms are modern, well-appointed, and very clean. The staff and managers are friendly, attentive, and ready to please. The hotel is a bit off the main road, making it very quiet compared to most other hotels in the area. At first glance, the hotel seems like it is 'in the middle of nowhere' but there are plenty of restaurants and commerce just a couple minutes away. I will definitely stay there again!

Loved this place!! Manager was so helpful with a tricky fridge.. check in was a breeze and front desk always welcomed us as we arrived from our day out. Rooms are big and super clean. If you have any issues please the manager/staff will fix it immediately..

This hotel is really nice, the rooms are really nice and the personnel does an excellent job with the complimentary breakfast! We stayed 2 nights, we left for the day and when we returned, our beds were made, the room (and bathroom) was neat and clean and our things that we left laying around were organized and placed where we could see them. The personnel that works the complimentary breakfast are really nice, always making sure there is plenty of food/etc...

Nice hotel. Our double queen room was comfortable, clean & quiet. The Keurig was a nice touch. Although, it is crowded with sports families due to the proximity of the sports complex, they have quiet hours from 10-6, and we never heard anything. Hot breakfast was fine, and the staff were pleasant. We would return.

We were in Manheim to attend a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook & we are Choice Hotel members. This hotel is super convenient to the facility. The night manager was very helpful. Our group used the outside patio and grill for an evening picnic. The staff was awesome to all of us! I even requested a late checkout and they were more than accomadating. Breakfast was typical for Choice Hotels.... the staff was great and kept the food stocked. Overall the hotel was clean and modern. A great choice when starting in the area!

Nice clean room, pool was great! A little far from any food places but that's nothing against the hotel itself. We were able to get food delivered so it was fine.

Extremely nice staff. Beautiful, clean, modern room. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast (although it can get pretty crowded at breakfast time). One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in a really long time. Room had a fridge, microwave, and Keurig machine.

This was one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Via Choice Hotels. It was very clean and The lady at check-in was so kind. You can tell when people are genuinely nice. And I feel like she was. The room was clean and well-stocked.
