I was so late minute on this AND I had multiple different orders with multiple different cards to pay with. I had lots of questions and they were SO nice and helpful and accommodating! Highly recommend. Besides the great customer service the products looked so amazing! Thank you so much!

Ordered 3:30 on a Friday for same day delivery. 20 min later I received a polite courtesy call that they would not be able to fill it and deliver by end of day. I felt this was very reasonable and appreciated the direct call, so that I could choose to cancel and make other arrangements. I responded that Saturday would work. Received a call on Saturday 12:30 that Allen was attempting to deliver it, but no one was home. Allen was calm, patient and helpful. He said if I could get in touch and see when they would be home, he was planning to be back in the area later and would make another delivery attempt, no charge. And he did! all good. Thank you

I just had an excellent experience. I have placed orders at this store in the past/recent past, so I know their product is Delicious!! My most recent experience was over and above expectations. Their Driver called me after delivery to explain that no one was home to take the order but a neighbor/friend of the recipients saw her truck, pulled over to talk to her and explained which was the best site to place the order (back door, that is the door they use and it would definitely be found there.)
I was saddened at the negativity of the other reviews here.

An arrangement was ordered for my step mom as a surprise and unfortunately she was not home when they tried to deliver it (on a Friday). She called them since she was away all weekend and they delivered it Monday. The driver was friendly and brought a fresh bouquet. The fruit tasted delicious and the customer service met all our expectations!

I had an arrangement made up while I waited, it was worth the wait. I got a fruit arrangement for my sister's congratulations on a new job position and retirement.

A slight mixup occurred with a phone order. When I went to pickup the order they corrected the error, no charge to me. Excellent service!
