Hilton Garden Inn Lancaster

This was our first time staying at a Hilton. Front desk personal were fantastic, rooms were clean , bed was comfy. We had dinner there and it was fantastic. The chef does 5 star meals. The scallop special was to die for. Would highly recommend staying here.

Housekeepers are very friendly, and they do a super job! The hotel is beautiful. The spa is nice and hot, unlike some hotel spas that I have been to. It's quite here, at least the few times I have been here..wasn't alot of ppl. Weekdays they give good deals on these rooms. Price for breakfast isn't bad. Keep up the good work!

We rolled in late with some abnormal requests after spending the day in the car. The desk clerk was very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate our requests. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through the area.

I made reservations about a week in advance, but when I arrived, my room didn't meet my expectations. The room had a musty smell, and the A/C unit emitted an unpleasant odor and made a terrible noise all night when in heater mode. After reporting the issue to the management, they agreed to relocate us. They inspected the room with the problems, and Alan made the transition incredibly smooth. He accommodated the location of my new room according to my preferences and even provided extra pillows. Unfortunately, I had left my child's stuffed toy in the previous room, but Alan answered the phone, and Barry came to the rescue, delivering the toy to our room. These two gentlemen exemplify true hotel hospitality, and I can't thank them enough! I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Lancaster.

Staff was very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The layout of the hotel is a little different from other hotels we stayed at. For example, elevators were on one side of the hotel and not in the middle making it a little confusing if you need the elevator. (it was only 2 stories, so taking steps wasn't an issue or inconvenient for us). Rooms were nice, but the bathroom looked slightly dated and could use a refresh. We enjoyed our stay and it was convenient to get to other stores and restaurants nearby.

Lovely, clean, quiet hotel with a lot of live plants. The building is designed with a very large courtyard in the center, so half of the rooms have a courtyard view. Nice sized pool area. My room and bed were very comfortable. There is a wonderful space off of the dining room to eat outside also. The breakfast buffet on the weekend was quite good. I'd definitely stay here again. Plato's Closet and Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard are 2 stores within walking distance.

A nice property with pool and courtyard. Staff was helpful. We tried Check in and out via the app. It worked well. A breakfast buffet is available for extra charge on weekends. We had a room with a sliding door to the courtyard. It was quiet and very nice to sit on the porch and enjoy the evening.

I stay at any Hilton when traveling. This place was perfect for my night passing through. Nice room, bed was very comfortable. People very nice and accomidating

Hotel was good and comfortable. Price was very reasonable. Would gave preferred queen beds instead of full. Breakfast was not included, looked good but expensive so we got breakfast elsewhere. Lots to do nearby but not always close. Not much to do within walking distance.

The staff was really good. The food was excellent. The staff was really nice helped us out with everything we needed, and the pool in the spa and the fitness room was great. The room was perfect and me and my fiancé loved it.

Great three night stay. Knowledgeable bartender. Excellent food. Beds and rooms were beyond expectations.

Great location, lovely hotel, comfy beds, love the king rooms with the balcony and view of the courtyard!. Only downside was that breakfast is only available Monday to Friday at the restaurant. Saturday and Sunday are to go bags with a yogurt, granola bar and banana. Didn't use the pool or fitness center, but they looked nice! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great hotel. Not super huge, but very spaceous. The staff was very friendly and responded to our requests very quickly.

Only downside is they do not offer a real breakfast on weekends. They offered a bag "breakfast" which included a banana, yogurt, and a granola bar. It was free which was nice, but having a real breakfast option that we could pay for would have been preferred.

There is a Turkey Hill 2 minutes away (by foot) so that's a bonus.

We were very happy with our accommodations. All of the staff from front desk to housekeepers were friendly and made a point to say hello. The hotel room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The room was not in the least bit cramped. Bathroom was clean with tub/shower, towels were large and thick. We did have the air conditioner in our room begin to leak from the ceiling, but the hotel was quick to help us move to another room and get settled in. With Covid-19 restrictions still in place the dining was not available but the did offer a packed breakfast. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

It a nice place the pool and hot tub were great didn't like how you had to pay for breakfast

I really enjoyed my stay. I wasn't reminded of my Diamond status credit for breakfast. However, the staff in the Dining area was exceptionally pleasant.
One of the employees stopped to chat, always a nice courtesy.

We had a clean room, complimentary coffee and bathroom supplies available, more than enough towels. It was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was good and very affordable. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I suffer not get a chance to try the pool, but preferred in my party sender to enjoy it without complaint. The small courtyard was a good hangout place, too!

Overall this hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable, and friendly with many amenities that were available for use. The only thing that could improve was the "grab and go" breakfast, but during these challenging pandemic times, I can't hold it against them too much. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

I had come from a very bad experience at an Airbnb and this was the only hotel willing to take me in at around 1:30am
Airbnb had insects roaches and grasshoppers all around the area and I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there.
There were no hotels willing to take me in at that time and this was the only hotel that did and I am so glad I stayed there
Bob, Michelle , and the front desk manager really treated me like home in the most professional manner.
I have high respects towards them as they brought back faith into me staying over hotels once again.
I highly recommend people to stay at this hotel.
