Jeff and another gentleman installed a Reverse Osmosis system for us and we are very happy with it. They couldn’t have been more professional. Nice work, respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves.

Jeff @ Jaws was great. Its kinda funny as I saw the Jaws truck a street over and I had this leak. When I called him, he said he would be right over. Jeff and his assistant were awesome. Very clean, took shoes off, laid down tarp and cleaned up when job was completed.

I called 2 plumbers based on some other recommendations who never even returned a phone call. Jaws responded immediately and managed to work with my schedule for an almost immediate appointment. They arrived at the appointment early and ready to go with clear communication through text updates as well. And more important than anything, they were super pleasant and very nice to deal with.

I hired jaws plumbing to install a hot water heater and water softener at my house and I must say I am so glad I met Jeff and his company. Jeff and his helper did a awesome job. JAWS Plumbing is excellent. We first had Jeff here several months ago to assess a leak we had in our family room ceiling. He was able to quickly figure out the problem, made the repair, and we haven't had any problems with it since. About two months ago, we were having a problem with our water heater. Jeff was able to troubleshoot with us over the phone and even sent a video that was husband was able to follow. No problems since with our water heater! Recently, we had a problem with our downstairs toilet. Dave came by and replaced the broken piece but then realized it was not a proper fit. He came back at 9 AM the next morning, installed a properly-sized piece, and now everything is working beautifully. JAWS is knowledgeable, prompt, reasonably-priced, and all employees are very nice. We wouldn't use anybody else for our plumbing needs!

Couldn't be happier with the service. We got a call back same day as we called, a quote within a few days and scheduled within the month. Jeff said to call with questions of we had them (and of course we did) and he always got back to us right away. He is reasonably priced and works efficiently and neatly. Super pleased with his work... will definitely use JAWS again!

Jeff and his team were excellent. They finished a water-driven backup sump pump and a water softener in half a day and we were very pleased. Very responsive and did a nice job of explaining the system to us. You can tell that Jeff takes great pride in his work!

Jeff from JAWS Plumbing is the best around...just had him replace my water main as well as previous jobs. Jeff does what he says and knows his trade, and stands behind his work. Very competitively priced also....though quality work is frankly more important. Highly recommended.

Horizon was a no show for two days. Saw the van drive by my house and remembered I saw an advertisement in the Penny Power. Checked for reviews online and all were stellar. Called the number and left a message. Got a call back 10 mins later. Jeff said he was eating dinner and that he would be over within the hour. He arrived in a little under 45 mins. Jeff was very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. He went to work right away and was finished the job in under a half hour. Quality of work was very professional and the price was more than fair for service after 6pm. This is the first plumbing work I've needed in the house since I purchased it. I needed a water heater replaced and decided on Jaws Plumbing based on the other reviews found here. I couldn’t be more happier with the service and professionalism I received from Jaws. They took the time to do a neat and clean installation. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately for me, I have had the pleasure of having Jeff out to my house on two separate occasions. First time was a few months ago for a pipe leak and replacement of my hot water heater and again just recently to replace the septic pump in my basement. On both occasions Jeff and his partner did an awesome job. The replacements were made quick, clean and at a fair price. If you need any plumbing work, Jeff and JAWS is your call.
