Had a frozen screen problem and was worried my PC may have been infected and or compromised. Called Ron and he was able to check it and return it the next day. Earlier in the year, I purchased a laptop on eBay from a seller in California. When I received the laptop it wasn't as described and I had to file a dispute with PayPal. I ended up needing a third-party/expert opinion as proof.

Lancaster Computer Company is a Necessary Place for this longtime Mac and Apple products user with little IT knowhow and no nearby techie friend or neighbor to offer help. I have been a consistently happy customer for 4-1/2 years since moving here from a larger city. Among other things, they have revived my computer's email system that was temporarily on strike, helped me select a phone best suited for my needs, check the health of my now six year- old MacBook Air annually (still going strong), and are always available to answer IT questions that come up from time to time. So grateful to have this resource in our neighborhood.

God bless Ron! My NZXT computer's CPU cooler was failing and my temps were through the roof. This build made it hard for Ron due to not having the correct mount for new AIO cooler he ordered. However, I happened to have the old mount and Ron was able to get it up and running again. My PC was delayed by a couple of days but this was no fault of Ron's.

I have an ASUS laptop that was failing to charge owing to a bad power jack. Unfortunately, the solder they use is particularly tough to melt through. It took some time, but the guys at LCC managed to remove it and replace the bad part, thus saving me several thousand dollars for a new laptop. Absolutely recommend.

Ron is awesome. Got my iMac fixed and his price was super reasonable. He'll tell you his phone system leaves something to be desired, so I found it easier just to go in. Does great work, so well worth having to be patient with the phone system.

Ron is awesome. So friendly, replaced my Mac battery that apple glued in and refused to mess with. He had it done in a day and even installed malware protection for free. Great guy, great repairs. I drove a 2 hour round trip for this and would absolutely do it again. I only will go to him now.

Ron was able to replace my MacBook Pro’s logic board! He allowed me to bring in the replacement part that I bought on NewEgg, and he only charged around $80. That’s a really low price for a complicated repair like this! It takes about 3 hours to do! In comparison, my car mechanic charges $80 per 1 hour of labor. After installing the board, my hard drive pooped out, and he used my backup to restore my files, and didn’t charge me more for this step! My computer returned to me fully functional. He was very helpful, communicative and professional throughout the process.
