My husband and I were shopping for a suit and had previously been to at least 5-6 different shops. Having been unsuccessful and kinda frustrated at this point a sales associate from a previous shop told us to try Brooks brothers. We went in hoping to find something, especially since we had been looking everywhere and had some pretty rude experience at other places.
Went in and both sales associates greeted us and were so ready to help with our needs. The store had 3 other customers but the gentleman who was helping us made sure we were all being taken care of. Lastly, not only were we able to find the suit !!!
we left there with such a good impression and would highly recommend this store and sales associate to anyone else.
Planning a wedding is stressful and more so when you add the fact that you are having a wedding during holiday season!!
the sales associate (Lancaster outlet Location) was amazing!!! He knew what he was doing and was so friendly and helpful and actually had fun shopping for the suit!!

I recently accepted my first job after graduating college and needed to pick up some nice work shirts. The store was absolutely immaculate and everything was organized so precisely. More importantly though, the store's staff, KJ, was a godsend. She measured me, explained the sizing and styles and really helped me through the whole process. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back soon.

KJ was so helpful and kind! She helped us for a hour trying to find the perfect fits and styles we liked and was so patient. She saved us money by helping us navigate store deals and become members of tanger outlet. The store was not limited in supplies. No need for ordering online which saves time and money. Amazing experience!

Lady was very helpful and patient. She was really helpful in helping me picky he right color shirt. Sadly they didn't have my size but she helped me order the right shirt online so it all worked out in the end. Would recommend!!!

My boyfriend and I went in looking to buy suits for him for work. We were greeted immediately, and a sales associate (Alan) came right up to help us! He was very knowledgeable about suits, sizing and pairing shirts and ties together with the suits. He led us swiftly through the process and we were in and out with 3 suits, shirts and ties to match within an hour! The customer service from Alan and the team were wonderful and we will definitely be back!

Usually shopping is frustrating and a hassle especially for my picky husband, but I was honestly impressed with the staff at this store. We were there for over 2 hours, Christine was super attentive and helpful. We ended up buying more than we anticipated but the prices were more than fair. Will definitely be returning.

Recently purchased 4 shirts during the Holiday sale from the Lancaster, PA outlet store. The department supervisor, Nathan Rosa was very attentive and helpful during the visit. I made an unfortunate error in purchasing the wrong neck size on 2 of the 4 shirts, and came back to the store to return them. Nathan was again at the store and handled the transaction very professionally.

I like BB's shirts and prefer this brand over others. Nathan's service and professionalism further solidified my preference for the BB brand, and this specific location. If you are shopping at this store I would suggest to seek Nathan out if you are looking for support. Keep up the great work!

Every thing I’ve bought there was of excellent quality I still wear 2 of the dresses and coat which I bought there 7 years ago and have shown little wear, and thestaff was outstanding and very helpful.
