Americas Best Value Inn Lancaster

I was skeptical of this motel but upon arrival to the room I was relieved to see the beds, floors and bathroom were clean . The price to stay here is unbeatable. They charged for the extra person but that's typical (we are a family of 3 adults). The location is perfect for all our needs. There isn't coffee in the rooms but you can grab a cup of coffee at the front desk until 9:45am. There is a fridge and microwave in the room.

I recently stayed here about 5 days ago and the room is clean I have stayed here before and I have never had a problem with the room or the staff or anything

Building exterior is older, but the rooms are newly renovated and very nice; simple but nice. Service was very quick and friendly. Rooms were very clean. It's also a short drive from most locations in town. If you just need a place to crash during a short trip to Lancaster, you really can't beat the price.

This place is beautiful . Very clean and updated . Friendly service . But I would suggest... Take your own pillow. It is located near parks and city of Lancaster . Beautiful area close to route 30 to get to restaurants and shopping malls .

This is a nice inexpensive place. I read the negative posts, but if you not fuzzy and don't want to spend a lot stay here. Great location, easy on/off to major highways, restaurants, night clubs and shopping. Stayed here during a snowstorm and the lot was plowed quickly. Great place to stay for a business trip.

The place was very nice and the woman at the desk was very very nice she was very nice to my daughter and I. I would stay there again going up to Pa next weekend hope they have a room will be staying there hopefully. Give it 10 stars.

Stayed here for a venue we attended. The venue was only 1.4 miles away. Nearby Wendy's, Turkey Hill, gas station, bar/restaurant next door in same parking lot.

Nicely priced, clean and orderly. I loved how my trash was picked up and towels changed. Property manager were pleasant no complaints

Rooms are very clean, friendly staff and good price. Comfortable bed and lighting is good in the rooms.
