Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lancaster

Pleasantly surprised. Room was very clean. Shower and toiletries available right in the shower. Fitness room super small - 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 bike happy to have it there. Breakfast was wonderful. We were told at check in there were 4 weddings here. We didn’t hear or see any issues. It was very quiet.

The Fairfield inn was as described by others on Google which is why we choose this location to stay.

The hotel is simple but nice not luxurious, rooms were as described and neat and clean and the staff were very helpful and nice...

The breakfast was very generous for a motel and they have coffee/tea/hot water 24hrs a day for free in the lobby.

They have a mini mart as well with some basics if you would need, but it's situated near lots of stores...

Would stay here again and recommend you to we'll.

Great quite location with easy distance to everything you need. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. It is an older building, but still a great place to stay. Would return.

Very good hotel, ppl are very friendly, the breakfast is amazing, they have the waffle makers which is great and Everyone loved those. They might need to add another one but even if they dont, its fine. The pool is great, the kids had an amazing time there.

I wanted to share this. These people at this place are the nicest people and very helpful. Two of them I want to point out. One the manager Matt and the other was the General Manager, I'm sorry but I forgot her name. I needed a room for a couple of weeks for my son to rest his head while he went to work and these kind people helped me out with this. They gave me a reasonably priced room and didn't price gouge me like the other hotels did in that area. None of them would help me like they did. I can never thank them enough for what they did for my son and I. They were kind and considerate and I felt they were really sincere when they were talking to me. The other staff were very helpful also. I wish I could name them all in this. The room was very nice and very clean and even the hotel was. It was a very nice place. If you need a place to stay for whatever your needs are stay there. You won't regret it. Again, I cannot thank them enough for what they did for us and I hope that this reaches their corporate office so they can see the kind of people they have working for them. There are not many people left in this world like them. Thank you so much for you sincerity and kindness.

This hotel isn't huge, but that might be it's appeal. The front desk staff are available almost every time you look at the desk and if not, you'll likely wait not 10 seconds before having one lol out to greet you. Even during the night shift, they are super visible and attentive, even at 2am when on an ice trip. The day staff are also super accessible and even when they cannot help are super, super helpful on helping find the needed help. The managers are also awesome, cannot complain. Will return soon, wish I could stay daily but life goes on!

I stayed at this hotel in Jan 2023. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for a business traveler. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, and quickly responded to my request for an extra towel. I would choose to stay at this hotel again the next time in the area.

Our stay was great, the staff were very friendly, and helpful. The rooms were spotless, and the coffee and breakfast was good.
We have always stayed at the Best Western in Paradise, but this is going to be our new place to stay when we visit the Lancaster area.

Everything was perfect. Friendly staff, very clean rooms/hotel, comfortable beds. One of the best smaller hotels I've ever been in.

This hotel was very clean and our room was immaculate and comfortable. We stood there for a week and we felt like we knew staff members for years. So friendly and interactive. Also, love their breakfast choices. Will definitely stay here again!

HUUUGE kudos to the management at this location for turning a would-be horrible situation into one that allows me to write this type of review...

Staying at an affiliate Fairfield location, we were in disbelief to learn that their pool was CLOSED for maintenance during the busy July 4th holiday weekend. Long story short, I was able to contact this location and share our story, and without hesitation, management allowed us to come and use their pool, no questions asked. WOW - hospitality at its finest!!! We were greeted by the manager upon our arrival and she was nothing short of welcoming.

Although we didn't stay at this particular location, we will be doing so moving forward. Super clean, customer service that went over and above to accommodate us. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in and around the Lancaster, PA area. Fantastic Hospitality! Thanks again :)

The room was expensive but expected for a soccer tournament weekend. The room was well worth it as you can see from the pictures. The room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. We had two TVs in the room and they served a free breakfast from 6-10. I'm 99% sure they have a water softener system for their water. I felt like I couldn't wash the soap off my body. Lol Great location with many stores and restaurants within walking and short driving distance. I will be looking to stay here again if we continue to play in tournaments out this way.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fully equipped for my stay. The breakfast was well-stocked with items for most dietary needs and the exercise room was nice. The hotel is located close to restaurants and shopping and not far from the Lancaster attractions. This was my third visit to this hotel and I plan to stay again.

Enjoy my stay every time. Love the spacious suites. Comfortable beds. Staff is always attentive to my needs. Close to shopping, restaurants, and Amish Country Sites. Excellent location and reasonable rates. Short stay or long term, good option.

Stay one night here, while my truck got worked on in the freightliner dealer. Room was very pleasant. Comfortable firm king sized bed. Room had a 60 or 65 inch LG TV with Netflix. The usual toiletries were there,towels,mini fridge, coffee maker with the coffee provided ofcourse. It had a hair dryer and an iron as well. Office desk and chair was also provided, so it's a very comfortable stay for business or pleasure. As far as location, very well located. It sits right next to a chillis bar and grill, and a long horn steak is now the road near by. Ofcourse, all the fast food you crave, Chinese 2 plazas over and pizzerias. You are about 15 minutes from the Tanger outlets. Breakfast was free and they offered breakfast sandwiches, cereal, muffins and coffee cakes, coffee, tea, oj, apple juice, and Cranberry juice. Overall not a bad variety with a comfortable breakfast lounge were you can sit and eat. Truely enjoyed my stay as the staff was really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well run, and the staff was very nice during my 2 day stay during a Thanksgiving trip. And breakfast was out early each day (I'm a brutally early riser) and had my favorite staple, oatmeal with fresh cut strawberries, as well as scrambled eggs, mini omlettes, yogurt, juices, and English muffins and toast, as well as a few other things. Highly recommend.

The manager and this location was awesome. She was a people person and all about customer service.

Fantastic breakfast, great beds, huge TVs that I wish I had used, and very quiet rooms. The HVAC is oddly antiquated - no thermostat, just heat/cool low/high. We've stayed twice for two nights each in a mini-suite(?) -- slightly separated bedroom from a living area w/pullout couch and it works great to put the kids to bed and we can stay up reading without disturbing them. Sadly, they always disturb us, but this isn't a review about my kids.

Stayed here a number of times over last decade, including last month. Well located off Rt 30 and Harrisburg Pike, easy access to downtown and F&M. Clean rooms, plenty of parking. Great spot for walk/bike/run on Granite Run up through Outlook Park.
