PAVAA Gallery is owned and operated by native sistas of the Motherland. Weekend day trips are always awesome, with authentic African art, spoken word, African dance, and of course drumming!
Bring your instrument or just your party pack and come home and feel the true spirit of community.

Very cool gallery. They do very fun performances with drumming, a DJ, a singer while a drummer makes paintings with her drumsticks as it all happens. I will go back

The love is always authentic at Pavaa Gallery! Pavaa Gallery is a beautiful grass roots, underground hub for Black Afrikan culture and community in and around Lancaster Pennsylvania. The owners make up a diverse group of talented, raw artists and educators from across the diaspora which is what makes this space so special to me.

Pavaa Gallery has a unique gift to not only cultivate the potential in artists/creatives, but give them space inside their gallery to see it through. As a community artist/creative the owners gave me countless opportunities over the years to fulfill many lifelong dreams to include owning and operating a vintage shop as well as curating several original exhibitions and creative showcases. An AWESOME organic space!!! The space is more than a gallery. It has great artistry. Three owners: One owner is an incredible artist from Liberia, one is a singer with a voice that is equal to Carmen McRae or better, and the other owner is a young lyrist TeeTos @Teetosmusic on IG. PAVAA Gallery has POSITIVE energy! There is outside patio/garden sitting, socializing. It is space for musicians too! Come and enjoy the AMBIANCE!!!
