Hampton Inn Lancaster

I stayed here for 5 days and Taby was so pleasant and wonderful what a wonderful experience. I wish we could have more people in the world like her. I was so impressed she made me feel so comfortable. The only complaint I have is the bar soap in the room is a little out dated. I like liquid soap for washing my hands it, helps to keep germs down. But other than that I, really liked my stay here.

Loved our stay here, and will definitely be back when we visit Lancaster again. Right off the highway, safe location, about 10 minutes from downtown Lancaster, clean, and quiet. Rooms were very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Even with construction going on, they communicated everything ahead of time, and honestly we didn’t even notice. Fantastic customer service and everyone we encountered from the cleaning crew in the mornings, to the front desk staff was so accommodating and pleasant.

They did a great job on assisting me for an early check-in. I had to go to a wedding and need the room early so I could get ready for it... Breakfast was good. WAFFLES!

Room was very clean, the place was quite, the service was helpful. For me the bed was comfortable, I would describe the bed as medium soft. The breakfast was ok. I was here for business and the location was perfect for me. There is a Starbucks right night door.

Comfortable, clean, helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was good. I was happy to get eggs, sausage and potatoes and not just pastries.

We were exhausted from traveling. Came here from California. We were so happy with this hotel. Just stayed one night as we are traveling through multiple states in just a few days.
Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean, our room was clean and the bed was so comfortable!! So comfortable that we slept through breakfast! So, I can’t review breakfast, but I’m sure it was great. We would stay here again if in the area.

Stayed for one night with a one year old. We didn't book a suite but received a room that had an extra little sitting area, which was perfect for putting our one year old in his pack and play to sleep (which was provided by the hotel). Very clean, quiet and comfortable room.

There's a little plaza with a couple restaurants that is super walkable- just a quick breeze through the parking lot.

Breakfast in the morning was very busy as it seemed a soccer team was staying over, so the tables were packed when we got there. An employee saw me struggling to get breakfast for our one year and carry around a high chair, and stepped in and helped me. She showed me to the empty conference room where we could eat and insisted on carrying the high chair. She checked in several times to see if she could get us anything, and ended up bringing our baby a banana. Her kindness was so refreshing and appreciated. I wish I had caught her name, but she had a long blonde ponytail- thank you for going above and beyond for us!

We had an excellent stay, but, just two suggestions to make the service extra superb: I wish that the hotel carried sheets the size of the pack and play. When we asked for a sheet, they gave us a bed sheet which we had to wrap around the pack and play mattress, which isn't sleep safe for a baby.

Secondly, I phoned the hotel ahead of time (the day before) to let them know we would be needing a pack and play. They said that they are available and to let them know when we checked in. At check in, we let them know and they brought one up, but, it would have been extra convenient if it were just already ready to go in the room seeing that we called ahead.

All in all, worth the stay! Thank you Hampton Inn Lancaster!

All of the staff did an excellent job making us feel at home here for our extended stay.

The entire staff were excellent. Never hesitated with any request. The location is beautiful. The outside is well landscaped and maintained. Plenty of parking and the pool was amazing. Inside is gorgeous with spacious seating in the lobby and breakfast area. Stayed there for 4 nights. Check in/out, quick and easy. If we are ever in the vicinity in the future, that's my stay.

We spent 3 nights at this Hotel and had a great Vacation Stay.
The location is perfect. Close to all the main Landcaster attractions, while being enough out of the way to be quiet and relaxing.
The staff was amazingly kind and helpful.

For the last 6 years, anytime we stay in Landcaster, we stay at this Hotel. Never disappointed by the facility or the staff.

Will we stay at this Hotel the next time we visit Landcaster area? Absolutely YES!

I like this place. Service was friendly. Breakfast was good with a gurgling vat of oatmeal. Internet was good with 10 Mbps upload & download. Rooms & beds were very comfortable. Shower heat was excellent. Water was good.

Wonderful hotel! Staff was very helpful, friendly, and overall just awesome! Hotel and room were very clean. Bed was comfy, pillows were great! Breakfast was delicious and the Gym was very clean and private, with good equipment! We will definitely be back!

Nicole was amazing made this stay incredible sometimes it's the people not the place. She made our stay comfortable and happy had to be out of our house for remodeling and felt like whatever we needed to make our stay more comfortable she was always there with a smile the bad things I will not mention because after her hospitality that can be forgotten

I really enjoy the motel, location, and overall accommodations. I'll definitely be back. Great staff all around!

My family reserved a suite for 3 nights. The room was big and had a lot of free space. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, large enough bathroom. Small refrigerator and microwave is adequate if you don't have a family of leftovers to store. No drawer space - so we had to keep our clean clothes in our suitcases. Staff were super friendly! Really appreciated the 24 hour complimentary hot drink station and 5pm fresh baked cookies. Hot/Cold breakfast bar was very satisfying with enough choices for everyone. Fresh hot waffles for me with cut up bananas! Yum! I would stay here again.

This staff deserve some damn good accolades for how they handled the loud and obnoxious sports teams this past weekend at the hotel. They made the hotel their playground and let their little princesses scream and run around like this was Chuck E Cheese. The staff maintained calm and professional. They even had the luxury of cleaning up after the group left. The facility itself is great and I am sure quiet on any other occasion. Room 137- feel free to be a parent here and there

Nice, new-ish property, terrific and friendly staff, room and bed were fine, pillows were lousy (BYO next time), and the bathroom was rather small for three people in the room. Breakfast was good but where were the Hampton Inn afternoon snacks and cookies?

The Hampton has been recently remodeled. It is beautiful. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff in the entire building went over and above to be helpful and sincerely friendly. We brought our dog and they all talked with him and made a fuss over him and he loved all of the attention. We will definitely return to this location.

All the staff we encountered (front desk, cleaning, breakfast) were extremely friendly and courteous! The room was clean, the linens were soft, and the pillows were just right. My favorite thing was how large and open the breakfast area was - so many places to sit, we didn't have to fight for a spot or wake up early like we've had to at other hotels.
