We recently completed a large home project with Essis and Sons to install vinyl plank flooring. We couldn't be more thrilled with how everything turned out! All of the staff members that we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful! There were some delays in getting the materials in from the manufacturer and Essis and sons were diligent in communicating updated timelines and working to ensure that once the products came in we would not have a long wait time until installation. The installers were all amazing all well - polite, courteous and left our home cleaner than they found it each day after working. If you are in the market for any kind of flooring, I highly recommend you check them out!

Recently bought an oriental style wool stair runner to replace one that I loved and was showing wear on the edges. Wool is definitely the best choice for stairs as my old one still was good for the most part after almost 40 years ! Frank Essis personally came out to advise me on a new selection, found just what I wanted, sent an excellent installer to do the job, and we are completely happy with it.The old carpet was taken up, cleaned and reinstalled on our basement stairway and looks great and has a new lease on life for perhaps another 40 years!!!! I just completed a flawless carpet purchase and installation with Essis and sons of Lancaster. They have been my choice for home carpet since the late 1990s. Whether decorating my previous home in southern Lancaster county, a French contemporary styled, new construction or complementing my current home an 1878 Edwardian/Victorian manor house, Frank Senior, and his team of carpet professionals have been right there every step of the way from coming out and taking measurements and providing me with a timely accurate estimate to scheduling the installation . The work is beautiful and the product flawless. Jacqueline has been very helpful, she and Tina are team members. I would not buy carpet from any other carpet dealership in Lancaster.

While living in Lancaster, PA, we purchased some rugs from Essis and Sons and always found the staff and service exceptional. About 6 1/2 years ago, we were moving out of state and wanted to put several of our Oriental rugs, which we had purchased at different stores, on consignment with Essis. We had no idea as to whether or not the rugs would sell. However, Essis has been so diligent and honest about selling our rugs one by one. Just last week, we got a call telling us that the last of the rugs had sold and we would be getting a check in the mail. REALLY!! After so many years, they were still honest enough to let us know the last rug had sold. That kind of integrity is hard to come by today. We highly recommend Essis and Sons. Replaced the flooring in our home with luxury vinyl, carpet and beautiful hard wood. We are very pleased with the quality and durability of the floors especially with pets. The selection process took no time at all as Tina presented us with selections in our style and our budget. The installation was also very professional. I would definitely return.

WAY above & beyond :-) . Essis completed a repair on our area rug - but not only that , they put an entire new edge trim on our favorite rug , which they had constructed for us some years ago - this was not even part of the price for the job !!! THANKFUL
