Heritage Hotel - Lancaster

We stayed at Heritage Hotel for our wedding, and overall, it was a very good experience. While the rooms were a bit dated, they were clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The real standout was the staff—they were incredibly helpful, especially with accommodating our wedding guests. They made sure everyone was able to get into the wedding block without any issues, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders. If you're looking for a hotel with great service and a clean environment, I would recommend Heritage Hotel.

This is an older, very large hotel. The room is very nice. It's clean and modernized. The pet fee is $35/ night, which is less than many places we've looked at.
So far, it is quiet.

comfy beds and pillows, be nice if this place had a pool inside, the restaurant attached has GREAT food, wish it was a lil more scenic, but all in all a nice place to stay

We were greet by the staff at the front desk. Ernie and Chad were great.

We had a room with a king bed, microwave, refrigerator and a k cup maker.

Everything about this hotel was pleasant. It was clean it was carpeted beds were soft, shower pressure amazinggggg staff super sweet and the pool!!! Was so clean, relaxing everything we was seeking for our labor day. Breakfast!!!!! Oh my goodness it was amazing!!!!! The staff that morning went above and beyond to accommodate my son and I and I can't thank them enough. I wish I would have stayed another night but wanted to check out the area. Do yourself a favor stay here! For peace and quiet and good fooooood.

We utilized the hotel for a wedding and it did not disappoint. The hotel is well maintained and has a cool laid back vibe. The employees working here made everything very seamless. The restaurant at the hotel had awesome food and great vibes. Thanks for a great weekend!

Stayed here with my sister and daughter and took advantage of the dinner theatre package which includes dinner and a show at Dutch Apple dinner theatre and breakfast the next morning. It’s a large hotel with a restaurant, bar and ballrooms, there were 2 weddings going on that weekend. The theatre is right behind the hotel so just a quick walk back to the room. I believe we had one of the renovated rooms on the first floor and it was really nice. Decorated nicely and beds were very comfortable. I honestly got a great night’s sleep and I don’t sleep well in hotels usually. Even though there were a lot of people staying in our wing we didn’t hear a thing all night. Water pressure was fine and the towels were so soft I am trying to find a set to buy online!
We really enjoyed the dinner and show and it was nice to be able to walk down the hall for breakfast the next day. Breakfast was good - not fancy but they had scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits, fresh fruit, yogurt cereal etc. and waitress service for coffee. Overall a really good deal for the package, I checked hotel prices nearby and this place was definitely a bargain. We will be back!

Friday afternoon check in was seamless. Stayed til Sunday a.m. Clean room, maybe a little outdated but still decent. Experience has taught me to look for bed bugs. No sign of them here. Shower wasn't the greatest but it was hot enough. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were ok. Only complaint was the toilet right up against the bathroom sink. Not bad for someone short like me, but someone bigger might have an issue. One suggestion: shower could use a grab bar for people with mobility issues who don't necessarily need a room with a full mobility-issue bathroom.

Great hotel in the heart of Lancaster County! We booked the package deal for dinner and a show at Dutch Apple Theatre, plus the buffet breakfast for myself and my Mom. We thought the hotel room was comfy, shower was hot and powerful, and lots of amenities and nice touches. The show was wonderful and it was in walking distance to Dutch Apple.
Check in was seamless, the staff was friendly and helpful! :)
The breakfast buffet was hot and there were so many good choices! Not just cereals and yogurt, that was refreshing! The buffet staff was super nice and checked in on you frequently - coffee was really good!

We had a great time and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a wonderful weekend :)

More comfortable and reasonably priced when compared with other area accommodations. Friendly and knowledgeable Staff. Adjacent to Loxley's and a short walk to the Dutch Apple theater complex.
They offer a Dutch Apple package to make your theater/lodging experience "user friendly".

I'm still here, but this hotel is beautiful and has such a great atmosphere. The gentleman who works the front desk Elvis is extremely professional, helpful, and remembered my name considering there are probably a couple hundred people here and that is impressive. Definitely will be back some day and I will recommend this lovely hotel to others. I unfortunately do not have time to try the restaurant but the food smells wonderful. The rooms are clean, smell good, and are comfortable. GREAT JOB to Elvis as well as the rest of the staff here at this amazing hotel. I am walking across the country so it was a much needed break from the outdoors and a great decisions on my part to come here.They also gave me no trouble over my service dog unlike other hotels in the area who feel as though it's ok to ask me flat out why I need a service dog. Excellent experience.

I really enjoyed the event that o went to here. Our ballroom was easily able to fit 100 guests, a buffet and a dance floor. The staff was really nice, plus they we're quick and well organized. Their catering was delicious, and I especially liked the salmon with pineapple mango sauce. But, I wish they had a little more than cheesecake and chocolate cake for desert. They also had coffee, tea, and lemonade available throughout our event. I also really appreciate that they let us set up a large group picture by their beautiful front entrance. I haven't heard anything bad about their hotel rooms, but I also have never stayed there over night. However, I would recommend their event space to anybody.

Rooms are clean, and decor is very nice. Parking is plentiful and staff is easy to find in the morning if you need anything additional for your room. The hallways have a peculiar odor, most likely from the attached restaurant, it's not bad, just odd.

This was a complimentary overnight stay won in radio station contest. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful with our reservations. A king bed was the same as a standard! Minutes from Field of Screams and Turkey Hill experience! Room was nicely laid out with plenty of space and storage. There was a variety of pillow types on the huge bed! Bathroom was clean and plenty of towels were available, if needed. Happy to know they are trying to be greener with their towel and linen service- big points from me! Other room details-sitting chair,desk/office chair,coffee maker, big TV, dorm room sized refrigerator, open closet space inside door.
They have a restaurant attached to the hotel-the upstairs bar area is like a tree house!
Overall it was clean, comfortable, and inviting.

The Front Desk Staff were the nicest people I've encountered at a Check-In. My room was clean and spacious. Dinner at the Loxley Restaurant was delicious. My bed was comfortable. The event I attended the following day was wonderful, and the Staff working to refill the fruit, vegetables, and cheese trays were efficient and personable. I will stay here again!
