Long John Silver's | KFC

We stopped in on a whim for the fish and it was excellent. The lady at the counter - I think her name was Anna but if I am wrong I am sorry! - was friendly and professional. It didn’t look like a lot of staff working and to be able to cover both KFC and LJS with the staff they had is impressive. The meals were hot and fresh. Very pleased. Next time we will try the KFC! Wish it was closer to us because it would be a go-to place for us.

Food was good, but there were no LJS markings on the building only KFC, were it not for Google you wouldn't know it's a long LJS, maybe they've fix it!

The women working were very kind and courteous. Nothing short of excellent and speedy.

Stale fish was served for family of 10 and not a single person walked into store before us while we were there or while leaving that shows in place like Lancaster what level of this place is. Will not recommend anyone.

Overall a 1 star! The bathroom had bowel movement on the walls toilet and floor 🤮 also i got 3 pieces of chicken from long johns and 2 were stuck together and completely raw. I just asked for my money back. The 1 worker was cussing and screaming and complaining wait til a manager gets there that shes fed up with everything kept throwing out the f word.(Not at me but to her coworkers so loud she could be heard in the lobby) just 1 very rude employee and a very sweet employee working. One could take notes from the other. Not a pleasant experience and no need to come back. Kfc/long johns you need to do better.

Drove over an hour to get here because I'm used to Long John Silver's in Western Pennsylvania and it has always been great there. We got here at 6:25 PM and wanted to go in to order. On the door it said, lobby open till 7 PM. One employee turned us around and told us that the lobby was closed and only drive thru was available. I asked for the manager and she told me drive thru only. Back to the car, waiting in line for them to bring out the food which took them half an hour. Never coming back here. Wish I could give them no star.

As usual this location disappoints. We love LJS fish but the aggravation level of rude staff, old oil, never open when they advertise, slow service, and dirty bathrooms make this not worth it. We don't have LJS in our area so we have given them more chances an anyone should. The lobby was supposed to be open till 7 at 6 it was closed and we had through the drive thru and start our 20 + minute wait. We're still waiting.

This is the worst place ever. The employees are so rude. The food is disgusting just filled with oil nothing cooked correctly. Never know when they are actually open. Never know what food is actually available. This place just needs to be shut down.

They opened an hour later than they advertised. They didn’t have most of the menu. I got massive attitude from the employees even after being understanding and non confrontational. I waited over a half an hour to get my food on top of it. Got “you’re just gonna have to wait” from the one employee after I ordered the food. Then they didn’t give me all I ordered. Sorting all out made me and my coworkers late for lunch,

Drove all the way there because online they said they were open until 10, we got there at 8:15 and they tell us they're closed.

This is horrible!! Must have exact change. No condiments. No coleslaw. Drive thru only until 6pm. No napkins, no straws, and cashier put cold capri sun on top of child’s fries. And no reciept

Always closed. Was here at 6pm, and doors locked and closed. Have tried here several times and when there were employees in the restaurant, they refused to answer drive thru and locked the doors. This is always before 8pm. Don't try this KFC.

I GPS this place and it showed that it was open in two different places which it absolutely was not. Don’t know why they’re still showing this place is open when it doesn’t exist anymore they put it with a KFC in York, Pennsylvania, and apparently in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and it does not exist. They need to take it off GPS and off maps. I wasted a lot of gas to get there for nothing!!!! 👎🏻👎🏻

Waited 15 mins for food. Loby was closed with kids inside running around everywhere. Never again 😒
