Had a great experience with these guys, dreams was great to work with and also the technician( don’t know his name) was great. Mitchell is wonderful sales person, he showed us two wonderful campers to look at. He knew we were having problems with the one we had not purchased from shady maple. We contacted Shady Maple RV in September 2021 and ordered our Rockwood 8337RL. Ray was our salesman and he was outstanding. He kept us informed from the time we started the purchase process to we took possession of the RV. Bryan was also outstanding! He treated me and my wife like we have known him for years. He got us the best interest rate, even better than what we thought it could be. Our orientation was provided to us by Rich. Rich was courteous and took his time making sure we didn't move to a new area of the RV until he answered all of our questions completely. Jim completed the monumental task of installing our Propride hitch system. Jim actually read the installation instructions page by page making sure this complex hitch system was installed correctly. Shady Maple RV is in my opinion is the only place to purchase an RV! I should my wife and I traveled from Pittsburgh to purchase our RV. Shady Maple RV made the trip worth the miles we traveled. UPDATETO MY REVIEW. After having our Rockwood 8337RL for a very short time, my wife and I decided to trade it in on a new 5th wheel. There was nothing wrong with the travel tailer, we were having problems with our weight distribution hitch (by the way Shady Maple RV recommended a different hitch) We were not able to make the trip from Pittsburgh to the dealership, so Shady Maple RV came and picked up the RV and towed it back for the trade in. Every part of our new RV purchase was just as good as the first time around. My hat is off to Bryan, Jim, Rich, and Ray! We love our new 5th wheel! It is everything we wanted. Job well done once again Shady Maple RV!

I recently purchased a 2018 camper from Shady Maple RV Center, while at a RV show. Bryan Sweigart was the salesman I dealt with. From the start, he was polite, knowledgeable and happen to be the finance guy. We negotiated a fair deal for both of us, left a deposit and departed. Due to the bad weather, and some scheduling conflicts on both sides, I was not able to pick up the camper until 6 weeks after the RV show.

Finally, this Saturday, I was able to make the trip to Lancaster. The moment I arrived, there was a service attendant that outfitted my truck with all the necessary equipment to tow the camper. Next,
was an orientation with Merlin. This gentlemen was extremely knowledgeable about everything my camper had to offer. He was very patient, and answered all of our questions. After the hour long
orientation, it was time for the finance guy. Again, the entire finance process was painless and informative. A trip to the notary for the registration, a practice trip pulling the camper around the lot to
check the electronic braking system…… and we were on our way back to New Jersey. From sales to services to finance……. Shady Maple RV Center was outstanding!

On our last camping trip we had trouble with our 5th wheel hitch. It was a holiday weekend. They not only found a hitch, but found one that could be delivered day after the holiday. I feel like I was treated better here than where I purchased my 5th from. Highly recommend this RV facility.

I have been a customer of Shady Maple RV for many, many years, and throughout those years, I have had numerous interactions with sales, service, management — all facets of this small business. Never have I been disappointed. I have used Shady Maple RV exclusively for anything to do with my RVs.

My first interaction with Shady Maple RV was when a storm ripped an awning off of a travel trailer. It was an insurance claim, so I went there expecting to be put on the back shelf since I hadn’t purchased this RV from them, it was an insurance claim where they would have to deal with my insurance company, it was in the middle of camping season, and they had never dealt with me before. There were many other factors I didn’t mention that would have made this a very unattractive proposition for any other RV dealer, so my expectations of getting this taken care of expeditiously, if at all, were very low. Boy, was I wrong. The first person I spoke with after walking through the the door took the bull by the horns. She got some information from me about my RV and my insurance, and took it from there. Shady Maple RV did all of the leg work of dealing with my insurance and had me on the schedule for installing a new awning for the following week.

Well, while I was in the office speaking with the lady about the awning, my wife was in the lot, “just browsing” at the new RVs. Needless to say, before the awning was replaced on our existing RV, we made a deal on a new RV. We didn’t even think of shopping around for a better price due to the way we had been treated by everybody we had encountered here — we knew we could trust this place to take care of us now and in the future, and we were right!

With any RV, there will be warranty issues, and we had a few, but Shady Maple RV took care of all of them with no hassles and none of the excuses and lies most other RV dealers use to put people off or decline or deny warranty work. Each warranty issue was handled with no more than one phone call or visit to the dealer, and everything was always dealt with very quickly — I never had to call to find out what was taking so long — nothing — not even major things took too long, and everything was taken care of properly, plus they took care of some things I didn’t even know were a problem. Shady Maple RV has always gone above and beyond with everything they have done for me.

I know most RV owners dread having to get work done on their RVs because it is always a waiting game filled with delays and lies, but you won’t get that at Shady Maple RV. Buying an RV or getting warranty and service work done on an RV is a pleasure at Shady Maple RV. I will never go anywhere else.

I have referred many friends and acquaintances to Shady Maple RV for both sales and service, and all of them have thanked me after experiencing the same type of things I described above.

If you are in the market for a new or used RV, or you need service or have an insurance claim you need taken care of, you will not regret using Shady Maple RV. They will take care of you, and you will be happy.

I purchased(28Jan21) a new RV from Shady Maple and could not have had a better experience. Bryan their finance man was also our salesman was absolutely great. they are a smaller MOM & POP type dealer everyone their was very friendly and courteous. The transaction was as smooth as butter we found them online and contacted them. Glad we did place a deposit then made the trip to look it over and came back and completed the deal. They were hands down the best folks I have dealt with in the RV business the service tech was great took his time to explain any questions or concerns we had If you are in the RV market give them a chance to earn your business you will no be disappointed.

Shady Maple is 100% the best experience that I have had dealing with an RV place or anything RV related. I worked a deal with Bryan and everything went exactly as planned from the first conversation through the trade in of my old RV and the help choosing and purchase of my new RV.
