Love shopping at La-Z-Boy! We stopped in to check out their President’s Day sale. Great selection of quality furniture and their sales team is great. Scott assisted us with our sofa purchase. He was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Thank you!

Josh was our salesperson who greeted us as soon as we walked into the showroom. He noticed we went directly to a recliner and asked if that we were interested in it.
He led us directly to the area that contained a large variety of recliners and explained the features of each. The first recliner was very cushy and comfortable. My wife stated that was her chair, but wanted a different color.
Josh bought many different samples for us to look at and suggested we view them in the natural sunlight. He helped us narrow down our selections to my wife’s satisfaction. He showed us more options between manual and power units and rockers and swivels.
He was the most helpful salesperson we have encountered in a long time. He is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help in our decision process, and spend a lot of his time with us. We were not expecting to buy anything on this visit. We not only bought the recliner the way we wanted it plus two end tables and two lamps.

I was looking for a new recliner to sleep in, to replace the Lazy Boy I had for about 13 years. Kathy was wonderful, offering suggestions to find the right one. We ordered one that was the most comfortable, and it’s a power recliner. So glad it will be here in a few weeks.

The salespeople are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and spent the time with us, didn’t rush or pressure us. So happy with the choices they helped us make. Ms. Naylor was on target with putting our room together. Looking forward to future purchases.

Just took delivery of a new sofa sleeper. Sales person Josh @ the Wilkes-Barre store was excellent. Good pricing, great on time, courteous delivery.

A great experience. And I cancelled a deposit I had on another item at a competitor, because the quality and
Comfort was much better at La-Z-Boy.

After visiting many different furniture stores and department stores, my husband I decided to do it right and go with the professionals at Lazy Boy. Kathy the sales associate along with Jennifer the interior designer listened to our needs and showed us options that would work best for us. They are true professionals. They can give you options of what your looking for with great design. So glad we chose Lazy Boy!

The associates were extremely helpful! They came to our house to measure. We were then able to see how it would look in our room. They made the process of choosing a couch very easy . I highly recommend getting furniture from lazy boy in Wilkes barre!

The worker was wonderful. She explained everything about chair, protection policy, warranty.

This store and it's employees went above and beyond to help me and my wife decide what furniture to get for our house. Jennifer came out to our house. Took measurements photos and discussed what would best suit our needs. Then we meet her at the store and she had everything layed out on a computer that we could see how it was going to look in our house before we even bought anything. This was a free service from lazyboy. For some people it's hard to invasion what it will look like but this service made everything so easy. You will not go wrong dealing with this store. 5 stars is not enough stars for this store.
