Tiger's Eye

Another wonderful shopping experience at Tiger’s Eye. It’s so comforting to be able to go into a local business and have the staff know what is right for you and what’s not. They allow me to choose on my own as well. Admittedly, not always the right choices for me. The staff is always professional, friendly and there with a smile and helping hand, even during these trying times. Thank you all for a wonderful shopping experience.

I adore this store! Living midway between Lititz and King of Prussia, when seeking something reliably striking and affordable, without having to plow through an excess of "also-rans," I head west, to Nadine and her excellent staff at Tiger's Eye. I am always impressed (and too often seduced) by the many garment/accessory/jewelry styles from "offbeat" designers of remarkable quality but accessible price available there, but generally unseen outside a few chic boutiques of major cities.

The Tiger’s Eye is a wonderful store filled with beautiful clothes and excellent and knowledgeable staff to make your shopping experience the best! I have only heard great things about this store!

I have no idea what these other folks are talking about. My wife has been shopping there for years and has always had a great experience. The clothing line is great as is the customer service. Top notch business, top notch service, in a top notch town.

Let me state that I have rarely, if ever, felt the need to write a negative review for a business, but I was so taken aback by the customer service here that I wanted to write this. I had a similar experience at The Tiger’s Eye as previous customers have stated. I went into the store today with my dear in-laws who are visiting from the south, and we felt unwelcome as soon as we walked in. Though I loved their clothes and jewelry and could afford anything in there, I felt unwanted and unappreciated as a customer. We were watched and followed the whole time we were in the store, left much sooner than anticipated, and did NOT buy anything because of the abrasive and cold reception. I’m not sure if we were judged by our appearance, as another customer reviewed, or by something else, but there is no reason to be treated this way as interested and wholesome customers. Good business ethics accepts anyone, regardless of looks, race, class, or perceived worth, and I am disappointed that a shop that sells such stunning merchandise would treat customers in this unappreciative, distrustful, and unwelcome fashion.

I was treated like a nonentity. Invisible. When I asked for assistance I was ignored. I have the impression that it is an are you in or not kind of store. Wouldn’t recommend it. When I discovered once I arrived home that four pairs of pants that I wanted had not been added in I called in and told the salesperson that I’d had a bad experience, she started crying. When I spoke to the manager he started yelling and saying he wouldn’t let his people be treated this way. A lot of drama over some pants. I won’t go back.

My sister and i were in Lititz for the day to check out the shops on Main St. Went into a lot of stores and were greeted by very friendly people... until we walked into Tiger's Eye. Clearly we didnt fit in at the store and we where made aware of it as soon as we walked in. A lady came charging over and asked what we were looking for - it was not in a friendly how can i help you way but more like what are you doing in this store! We also notice 2 other ladies behind the counter rolling their eyes at us and making faces about us being in the store. No we were not dressed very nicely as we had a long car ride so we were more casual. Also i am a big woman and i know the clothing wouldnt fit me but i like jewerly and accessories. We took a quick look at the jewerly and left as we didnt feel welcomed in this shop. Its is their loss as my sister had money to spend.

Do these ladies not know we are all made equal? Do they really think we didn't see their look when we walked in? " Well that one is not on sale", excuse me I didn't even ask for a sale item! Felt like I was on the set of "Pretty Woman". THEIR LOSS
