I honestly do not understand the negative reviews. The staff was very helpful, the prices were great and overall it was a very nice experience. The furniture they receive is primarily returns, so it’s common to find some damage on them, that’s why they get marked down so much. We bought 3 dressers with holes in the back but other than that they’re in great shape and we saved a ton. None of the staff were rude to us or our children. I will definitely be returning.

My visit at pottery barn in Lancaster was very pleasant. Ally, young pleasant sales person was so helpful & knowledgeable. She provided best customer service, beyond my expectations. She just makes your shopping experience very comfortable. Thanks Ally.

I've been to the Pottery Barn several times in Lancaster the customer service is excellent and on point. I needed drapes and they went up and beyond to help me. I found one of them in the box where everything is 70% off. I needed 8 they looked up the sku# and went in back and found 4 sets of them they come 2 in a pack. Iam actually going back tomorrow.

Great experience and they are on point with their social media account! I was able to monitor their Instagram and when they received the couch I was looking for they posted it right away! All the staff are professional and very helpful.

Visited on 9/6/20 no line to go inside or to checkout. Awesome deals everything was half off and clearance was 80% off. Found Bedding for the family that they have online for full price. Definitely worth the visit!!

The linen curtain is great quality and detailed. Window curtains must buy linen high quality. 100% you satisfy. Looks so farmhouse modern feelings .
