Steve is phenomenal. He created every floral piece at my wedding and the centerpieces as well. Along with the bouquets. I gave him some ideas I had in mind and he brought my vision to life. Every detail was perfect and my guests all raved about everything he made. Steve listens to what you want and then goes above any expectation. He is a master at his craft and I would highly recommend going there to anyone for any occasion. Thank you Steve and his staff for everything!

My son was attending prom with his girlfriend who lives in the area. Being from across the state we did not know of any local florists. Luckily we stumbled upon Cialella and Carney. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful with each of my phone calls. They were very accommodating when I called 4 days before the event and changed the color of the flowers. When my son arrived to pick up his order he was met by a friendly staff, who presented him with a fabulous finished product. Wish Cialella and Carney were in my area! I would use their services for all of our events!

When I called with my order, I was treated so kindly and service was very prompt. Great experience and will use their shop again in the future!

I recently switched our company's ordering to here from *the other guy* here in town that, while nice enough, always left me a little off-put for sundry (political) reasons. Am I ever glad we switched. The people here are super and caring, so nice, and have everything we need with the personal touch we were expecting. I had most dealings online but had the opportunity to visit the shop. It is FILLED with beautiful things. Steve helped me personally and couldn't have been more delightful. I'm sorry it took me so long to get to this absolute gem on the South Side!

As I live out of town, this is my go-to place when I need flowers in the New Castle area. Steve, a childhood friend & neighbor, does outstanding work!

Wanted flowers for an anniversary that had the same colors as my wife’s Bouquet from our wedding day. I had a hard time explaining it to the owner of what I wanted so he had me send him a picture. He made the perfect arrangement in less then 30 minutes as I was in a tight schedule. The things he used are so unique, definitely not a cookie cutter arrangement. I highly recommend using them!!!

We used Cialella and Carney for our wedding flowers, and we were more than impressed! They helped us stick to our flower budget, and they were wonderful people to work with both when we ordered the flowers and when they were delivered to our church. I have also used Cialella and Carney for ordering flowers for funerals in the past, and they’ve always done a great job then as well. Their arrangements are always so beautiful, I would 100% recommend!

Amazing selection of holiday items and beautifully decorated trees. Arrangements and centerpieces are gorgeous! Especially loved the lighted holiday canvases. Locally owned; owners Steve and Jeff on premises. Definitely worth stopping in.

Beautiful flowers! I got 4 dozen for my wife for Valentine’s Day, and I have to say these are some of the biggest and nicest roses I’ve ever seen.

It just doesn't get better than Cialella & Carney. There is always great attention made to every arrangement and the flowers always seem to be larger and more beautiful that you would get elsewhere. Steve is ever so pleasant and truly puts his heart into the arrangement to bring the message you are looking to send. I live an hour away and travel here when possible because this place is a gem.

Steve is so easy but to work with and made everything perfect for my wedding day! They made the centerpiece floral arrangements and bouquets exactly like I pictured them and I’m so happy I chose to work with them on my wedding day!

They are great there we get all our flowers there for Mother's Day weddings and funerals the staff is excellent down there their flower arrangements are great
