Excellent, kind staff. Quiet waiting room with a desk area, a coffee/tea station, a TV, and a restroom.

Appointments are suggested for service, I was told, so they can best plan staff hours.

Great service at a great price.

We had basic maintenance done - oil change, tire rotation - and paid about $85 with a coupon.

I went in to get a headlight replaced because my headlight on my driver side had burned out. It was fairly easy to make an appointment and as soon as I went to the shop my vehicle was promptly taken back to the repair area. It took about 45 minutes. Overall I was satisfied.

There's an employee named Ray, I explained to him that I was 7 hours drive from home and Stranded with a broken wheel. He is awesome and went above and beyond for my issue, and he made time to explain and show me what was wrong w my rear passenger wheel. Very friendly and courteous. Thanks Ray! Also a shout out to Lucy thanks man!

Excellent experience! I brought in my rental car the day after Thanksgiving for a flat tire. Despite being very busy on the holiday Friday, Luis and the team completed the work within a few hours, even though I didn't have an appointment. It was a patch/plug for a puncture. The process was clear, honest, efficient, and professional. The cost was very fair. I would be happy to use this shop again in the future!

Guy told me it be a half to maybe an hour felt like I was in there 15 mins. While I was handling some calls but the time, I was they were done with me car. And paid attention to what I was actually saying when made special request about checking my tires and putting the extra in my trunk if needed to be. I appreciated all the help.

The mechanic told me my brake pads where close to being ground down to the rotors after going in for tire rotation. I made an appointment the next day and it took 30 minutes to fix. I am very happy with the service at Pep Boys.

These fellows at this store did a fine job and i am pleased. I went to another pep boys nearby the day before and the tires i ordered two weeks ago were not there when i arrived. No call, nothing to tell be before spending $12 in fuel and my time to get there. I cancelled and was not going ack to Pep Boys but gave one last try at the other Lancaster store. They had them and fixed me right up. No starts to the first store. Five stars to this one.

Luis was very professional and he shows care and very respectful, although my vehicle did not pass I will gladly recommend customers. Luis is very loyal and committed to his job and he held my bag that I’ve left behind and gave me a call. It put me at ease as I continued to work.

I took my vehicle to get fixed so my engine light would go off. I had it worked on in 2 other places previously without it getting fixed. Pep Boys did the job in 1 short visit what 2 other shops failed to do. It was the same price as the previous 2 mechanics I visited. Without a doubt I give them a 10 out of 10. I will not hesitate to bring my vehicle back if ever needed for.any future repairs

Always do good work and are good with applying appropriate coupons. Fast and friendly. I have been using this store since I’ve been a college student and even though I live 30 mins away, I will still make the trip. I’ve never had an issue or at least one that they didn’t take care of right away. For lube, tires and alignment, you can’t beat it.

Called yesterday with a tire issue. Both Matt and Darryl were very helpful over the phone. Made an appt for today, took the tire in and Luis was super informative and helpful as well. Everyone was friendly and I have a fixed tire :)

Fast, friendly service. They got me out of there in a little over half an hour for my oil change. Will be coming back again

Helped me out after I took it to another place that mistook "lifetime warranty" with a week and a half brake job! Andy was fantastic and if you have kids he will gladly make balloon animals for them while you wait! They are fast although if you enjoy playing live action Frogger crossing dangerous street you can go to an L shaped collection of stores including; Dollar tree, Ollie's, Burlington, Gabe's Harbor Freights & the always uplifting PA Motor vehicles! They have pretty cool products in store. Good things!!! Oh I was jk about balloon animals.

Fantastic!

We were on vacation when we ran into engine trouble. We immediately saw Pep Boys (who we have never used) and saw they do repairs. We pulled in and they made room for us, even though their schedule was full. The manager, Luis, came out and did a diagnostic and found the problems. Now this all happened at closing time on a Saturday. He called us a Lift to our hotel and since we had four children with us he personally offered to take two of us ahead to check in, since we wouldn’t all fit into the Lift car.
He called the next afternoon, a Sunday, and has all the engine problems fixed while we were visiting a local attraction.

I have never experienced such great customer service!!!
The manager made what could have been a vacation killer and kept our vacation on schedule without us missing a beat.

The staff at this Pep Boys is amazing. I appreciate they are open on Sundays and that they provide ride-share transportation if I need to leave my car. Recently there was a scheduling issue with something that should have taken a short time, and they took care of me when it was their error. Thank you!

These guys are awesome! I got a Lyft ride to work after dropping off my suv and the car was ready sooner than I expected. So much easier for a busy single mom like me. They even printed my registration renewal because I didn’t find it.
