Gary, the co-owner, fairly quoted carpet for 8 rooms, a long hallway and two sets of stairs. He also gave us a good price for vinyl planking that we wanted for a large office space. Danika, his office and showroom manager, was invaluable as she helped me to narrow down the carpet and planking choices. She generously allowed me to take samples several times to my home.

Our installation took a full 5 days and what a team of installers! Robert, managed the install and worked tirelessly, hauling huge rolls of pads and carpet up and downstairs, meticulously searching for and repairing squeaky or uneven floor boards. I defy anyone to find a seam in any one of our 8 rooms! Rob was joined by John for 3 days, who is also a phenomenal installer, and Ed, another workhorse, who did a great job installing the patterned carpet. We love the new flooring in the office where Robert again demonstrated his attention to detail.

It was a huge amount of work and the installers took NO short cuts. They handled the furniture carefully, cleaned up all areas before leaving each day, and were always polite, pleasant and professional.

I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish!
