Lush Cosmetics Park City Center

The workers here are soooo sweet and friendly. I hadn’t been in a LUSH store in years, and they were very helpful giving me the rundown on their current products.

I picked up a bath bomb, and the cashier, Bex/Becks also offered me a sample of a fresh face mask. They also threw in a set of eye patches. Can’t wait to try everything!

I live about 40 minutes away, but I’ll definitely be back to get more items.

I have only ever visited LUSH online, this was my first time in a LUSH store. I went twice in one week while I was out of town, the ladies helped me so so much! They pointed me to fantastic products for my skin, they asked questions and picked the best products for me and didn't just pick the most expensive. Love how everything is so clean. Wish I lived closer to a store! I loved trying and smelling everything before buying!

It’s been a little while but I want to say thank you to JACKIE! They helped me, for maybe too long (haha) to pick the perfect gift(s) for my mom for mothers day. They tried everything and stuck by me the whole time, giving thoughtful suggestions and solutions to my decision making problems!

They were the best employee I’ve seen in a Lush and pretty much anywhere else, really.

I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

I come here often for their amazing little “Scrubee”. All of their products are amazing and smell so delicious, some of them smell like you can just eat them lol! I used to go to bath & body works but that stuff is full of harmful chemicals, so I have been using products from Lush instead since they are more natural and I’m so glad I made the switch. This particular store is smaller, but it is packed with so many nice products. The girls that work there are so nice and sweet as well, and it’s always been like that every time I have gone there which is a definite plus. I will always be a customer!

I’ve always loved coming to this location. The staff is always wonderful and friendly. And well, today took the cake- Kelsi, who I hope is the store manager; is just delightful. I casually mentioned that it was my birthday; didn’t think much of it, but when I was leaving the store, she gave my a bath bomb as a birthday gift. It really meant a lot to me hence why I’m writing this review.

These guys have some of the best bath bombs you can find the staff is very friendly and helpful!

This location is very small but that doesn't affect customer service. The staff take the time to teach you about items and test samples even in the busiest hours. I have sensitive skin and they send me home with samples of face masks to try, that kind of customer service keeps me coming back.

The store smells amazing! The customer service is top-notch! So friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and fun! Lush is worth the trip to Park City Mall. My favorite store in that entire mall!

I absolutely love lush! I love the products and the whole company morale. Every employee is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and they all give great recommendations based on what you're looking for. Everything smells like heaven and the products make your skin feel soft. Id stock my bathroom with everything if I could!

I really love this particular store because the girls there are all so nice and have bright personalities. I honestly feel like I'm talking to someone I know when I go in! I also appreciate how they always include my partner when they ask what WE like and show US samples and don't let him feel excluded

My favorite place for bath products. Great selection of yummy smelling products. The employees are always friendly and helpful. My favorite is twilight.

I have only ever ordered online or bought from this lush and it’s just my favorite store. The employees are the nicest people and are super helpful. I can’t remeber her name but the woman with black hair beautiful tattoos even gave me a free bathbomb! I love this company, and store. I always find what i need and with help of employees i’ve found products that i’ll rebuy over and over!

If I could give Lush 10 stars I would!! They're products are safe for the environment, if you use up 3 plastic containers and bring them back you get 1 free, like they're so efficient and they bring love to all customers. If you have a question they got you and everything else they use! They are so good with giving out free samples and their products actually work and there is always something for your needs! I went in not knowing what to get and I asked someone and I left with a product I will always use! I 100% recommend going here, nothing is rushed, and even everything looks so homemade and adorable! This is by far my favorite store!!!

I’ve been to many Lush shops all around the world, and this is by far my favorite. The people who work here are always amazing and insightful, and are genuinely nice and caring people. They are super helpful with picking out new products and giving suggestions. I always have a lovely time and buy new and amazing products that become by favorites. Thanks for being so wonderful! LOVE this store!!! Everyone here is so super-friendly! It's a great experience every single time I shop here! The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and ingredients and are more than willing to assist you and give samples of their products! Many times, after receiving samples, I have ran back to the store the following week to purchase the products! I buy great-smelling shampoos, shower gels and creams, jellies, bubble bars, hand lotions, face masks, massage bars, lip scrubs, and LOTS of other awesome products for myself, my family, and friends.

This is my new favorite store! The products are great and I love that they aren't full of chemicals. Just real, pure, ingredients. Kudos to the staff who is always friendly and helpful which is hard to find in stores nowadays. I also love the free samples you hand out at the end of the sale. It's a good way to try something new and of course fall in love with. I've never heard of this company before you came to Park City, so thanks for coming to Lancaster!

My first time at a Lush store. The associates were AMAZING. They were taking every precaution to ensure everyone's safety while still giving excellent customer service.

I worked one on one with an associate Lauren (I believe is her name). She answered every single one of my questions and was able to recommend so many products for me. I could not have been happier. I'm only in the area for a short period of time due to work, but I will certainly be a Lush customer for life now.

The staff was incredible and the product is amazing!! The bath bombs look sharp and smell great! Also the Dark Angels scrub feels great. My friends and I were helped by Emily, who was incredibly friendly and showed my friends some bath bombs in the demo tank. This is a great store!

Lush is the best place to go to when you want anything bath related. Everytime I have got a bath bomb here they have been amazing quality. No other place has ever had such quality products when it comes to bath bombs.

The staff was incredible, great customer service! Drove about an hour to park city they made it well worth the drive. Very informative! Kat was an amazing lady who waited on us and she was very patient and informative. First timer and I love the products we purchased! We will be going back!
