Chick-fil-A

We came in around 8 PM and ordered a family meal which came out promptly with good service, though my club was missing a few toppings. I took it up, asking for lettuce, not realizing it was missing the other toppings to which I took it up again and told them I definitely didn’t eat it off the top, but it’s missing as I don’t usually pay for a club.
I think the manager was named Abby made everything right and even made a new sandwich which I didn’t deserve, but was above and beyond service. Thanks to all the team!

I visited this location from Cincinnati. My order was not correct so I contacted the locations manager KIM and explained that we didn’t receive all of our order items and she immediately showed empathy, apologized, and went above and beyond to fix it! This was AMAZING customer service. I can see that KIM loves her job and works hard to ensure that customers are happy. Thanks so much KIM!

We have visited this location countless times over the years. This trip was shortly before they closed for the night. The fries were incredibly soggy. We tried to buy an 8-oz container of one of their sauces, but they were sold out. The girl working the drive-through line said it wasn't an issue. She said she would put extra sauce packets on the order. She did - the receipt said 30... we received 6. That was disappointing.
The people were very friendly, and despite the line, we were in and out pretty quickly.

Literally amazing service. Wow. Very efficient and friendly staff. With a packed inside dining room and many cars in the drive through, I ordered at the desk and had my food within about 10 minutes. Everything about my order was correct and they were so quick I was surprised. Great service and nice staff. Definitely recommend coming here if you like Chick Fil A !

Everything was delicious and hot. The service was fantastic. The order was all right, no issues. The employee that took my order was very pleasant and professional. I Love that you aren't open on Sundays. God bless you all.

My husband ordered a sandwich, I ordered a salad and wanted to know the calorie count for a salad dressing. The cashier went and got every salad dressing they had and let me look at the packages. Then we realized that they were up on the menu board. She laughed. That was actually appreciative of us showing her on the board. Workers are always very polite at Chick-fil-A.

Food was great. My Cobb salad was exceptionally fresh compared to salads you get other fast food places. Person who took our order with pleasant, courteous and got the order right. Atmosphere was very friendly. Tables and floors were clean. And my grandson thoroughly enjoyed the indoor kid play area.

First time being to any Chic Fil A ever! Also the first time at this location since i was on vacation with my family. We went on Tuesday May 23rd, and there was a bit of a line here, but that gave us time to decide what we wanted to order. They do have wraps and salad also, but felt like a quick sandwich. Person who took our orders was very nice and polite. I ordered the chicken deluxe sandwich with a medium chocolate shake, my dad got the combo chicken deluxe sandwich, and my mom got the original one. We ate dining in, and it is so cool the way they know what table to go to. only complaint is never got to try their chic fil a sauce because their system went down for a minute while we were there, so they had to confirm our order manually. guess in the rush of everything that was forgotten, but oh well. overall, i enjoyed this place, and probably would check out our local ones nearby where we live.

My wife and I were assisting the boys basketball booster club and picking up catering orders on a Wednesday night and Thursday night. There are closer franchises, but not that do catering. Our order was 80 original chicken sandwiches each night. Both to be picked up at 6 p.m. They did a Super job of verifying the order the day of, as I am a pessimist, this is enormous. We show up exactly at 6 on Wednesday after an accident on Rt 30 caused a few minutes of delay. The restaurant was Packed, but found a spot to park. When inside we went to the take out area & got with a manager to work on the pickup. After some confusion she found the order and we paid after some info was typed into the computer as they are tax exempt. The 80 sandwiches were in 4 huge plastic bags. When we inquired about the heater bags we thought they would come in, we were informed they went to re-sale catering customers only (like the football team on Friday home games). We understood, cranked the heat in the car and put them in coolers when back at the school. The next day the restaurant was less busy and an Extremely helpful young man helped us pay for the new 80 sandwich order, again confirmed wonderfully during the day. This time he brought out 2 heater bags with 40 each! When we asked he said, of course these come along & we needed to return the next morning. So they aren't on the same page on that! I brought the coolers along for no reason & we then had an extra hour drive to return the heater bags. The kids loved the sandwiches! Half got them at 7:30 & half at 9! All said still warm and delicious that long after 6 o'clock pickup. Great product as always

Walked into a midday rush and the place was packed but they were handling everything beautifully. They efficiently moved the line and were very friendly. The older gentleman working the register was a very nice guy. A great experience. And the food was delicious of course.

We love Chick-fil-A my wife got me hooked about a year ago. I love the option of having a healthy choice for dinner(fast food). It's not grease and covered in nasty sauces full of salt. We as a family fully enjoy our visits and look forward to many more.

🥇 This was literally the most courteous way I ever had a fast food bag packed. 😯😅😎 they like put napkins on top of the fries so the fries don’t get cold and then out the sauces on top so it wasn’t unsanitarily touching the fries. Plus, they put a little mint on top 🔝 😎 they win 🏆 💪

Chick Fila's are always well kept, but this one was amazing. The restaurant was spotless. The retired men that work there were constantly walking through and making sure there was not a speck of dust or a chair out of place.

We love this location. They always have good food in a timely manner. They are often busy as this location is in a prime spot but is an easy on and off to the main road. The staff have always been friendly and the facilities are clean. They could use bigger bathrooms as there is often a line for the womams room when it's busy.

Chick-fil-a never disappoints especially by Rockvale Outlets. The staff is always pleasant and the food is fresh and hot! The fries are the best of any fast food restaurant around!

Great Chick-fil-A! Friendly hardworking associates make for a smooth ordering process. All food served hot and fresh. Parking a little tricky at busy times.

As always the chick fila sandwich is good. And also their soup is also delicious.
This restaurant has an indoor play area for the children. It is helpful for parents so they can enjoy the food and also children they can enjoy playing.

I got talking with someone in line tonight and he said, "I like to support Chick-fil-A because they value people, and that is the most important thing." He is completely right. Chick-fil-A was my first job and they prepared me well for the work world, because they instill this value in their employees. Much gratitude!

We got drive-thru, so the Atmosphere score isn't relevant, but we always enjoy the original or spicy chicken sandwich!

Food and Service and Staff are Great...but play area can get Wild when do not have other Parents supervision of bigger children when little toddlers are in playing already...
