Short answer: Great! Long answer: I finally decided to try the foot scanning device. I found out I have been buying the wrong size shoes (10 D) for years. I bought the recommended (9 E) and bought a high arch support insole. My feet have been sore for years. I always assumed it was from working on concrete floors all day. It is amazing how my feet feel, now that I have the proper size and support. I have been recommending the foot scanning device to all my coworkers. I purchased these steel toed shoes 10 months ago, and waited to give the full results. Very satisfied with the scanner and the employees at the store.

Had to come in for work boots. My hubby’s company recommended Red Wing Shoes. Came in and worked with Cheyann—she was wonderful. Very informative, professional and beyond helpful. She made the buying process so easy. Great employee to go with a great product!

Took my well used boots in to get re-soled, and had absolutely amazing treatment and results. Very, very good customer service. I would definitely like to stick with them as my personal boot preference. I also got a new pair of boots a few weeks ago and the employee was very helpful and accommodating. My overall experience was crazy good. 👍🥾

I'm so glad you guys had the new BOA boots finally coming in with the replacement soul that can be changed from overtime use and I love the lacing system to since I only have use of 1 hand and can't tie my boots I love this feature I love the store where it's located and great staff very friendly and nice very knowledgeable about the product I bought Miss Caroline from Lincoln Highway store is Lancaster, PA assisted me with ne purchase as far as the purchase went I enjoy everything about it and I love that you guys take care of cleaning the boots as well im on my 3rd pair niw and probably will not ever switch back to another brand you really do get what you pay for and this pair im sure will exceeded the lifespan like all the others.

I’ve never had a sizing that was that proper. First full day in the boots and you can tell it was all because of those extra efforts

Had a hard time finding the place thanks to my GPS but once I did I was happy. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my specific work needs. She had no problem running back and forth, what seemed like 100 times, for me to try on a bunch of different styles of boots. She even recommended some insoles to help with support and comfort. Sam was MVP! If you can find this place, I highly recommend it!

I just purchased some Heritage Alpine Portage shoes there, this is a nice store. LOTS of merchandise, very helpful and friendly sales staff, just a great experience. If you're in the area, this is worth going to.

I purchased a pair of work boots from Red Wing on Thursday last week. After wearing them for the weekend I developed a painful spot from a seam in the shoe. It wasn’t a defect in the boot but rather an abnormally large ankle bone I have sticking out. I returned today with the shoes and Jarred helped me by offering a full refund or to try and find a different style. After he brought out two other styles for me to try, the third boot he showed me fit perfectly. I was impressed by how much time Matt originally took with me on the first pair and how much time Jarred spent with me today making sure I was 100% satisfied with them. I needed a nice pair of steel toes for a new position. Considering the expense of a good lasting shoe - I very much appreciated Aaron’s patience and knowledge. He was able to help me find the right shoe and size. He clearly explained the return policy so I felt confident with my purchase. The salesman was extremely helpful getting me set up with a comfortable pair of work boots. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and asked them to pull my size to try on. The salesman came back with the boots I asked for, plus another pair of Tradesman boots with the BOA system. I honestly didn't think I would like them but I tried them on anyways. They were super comfortable straight out of the box and didn't have any break-in pains when wearing them at work the next day. The BOA system is also very cool and allows you to tighten to your preference and does not come loose. I highly recommend the Tradesman boots with the BOA system and getting them from this store. Matt made my visit at this Red Wings store a memorable and satisfying experience. I tried on several pairs of shoes, and for each was given all the related details - colors, pricing, and discounts. He conducted the pressure plate foot scan on the machine, took measurements of my foot, and surprisingly suggested a shoe size a whole size different than my normal. I was skeptic, and adamantly persisted on online-ordering (my size was not store available) my regular size……… only to regret later :). Return and reorder was seamlessly convenient. Communication was top notch, and at no point showed any signs of frustration or discomfort whatsoever. Matt’s customer service was a solid 10/10. I’m now wearing one of the most comfortable work shoes ever!

I was visiting the area from Central NY and had been looking for some boots in the Heritage Line. Not only did they have the product and size, the salespeople were very friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable about the product. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Sabrina. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The boots were in stock in the popular size and style wanted. Although we live in northern Maryland, we will be driving the distance to visit this location. Great customer service matters!
