Wanda Mofongo House

Delicious food! Stopped in for lunch, was greeted quickly, and everyone was very friendly. The food was was hot and delicious. I can't wait to try other things on their menu.

This place is a hidden gem! Wanda is spectacular in making you feel serviced & at home. Taste is unbelievable. If you looking for a latin restaurant, lol no further. A++++. Thanks Wanda!

My husband and I are from Jersey and have been in the mood for a good Cuban sandwich. After looking around for a good place for some time we figured we’d try one from Wandas Mofongo House. We ordered the Cubano. It came with fries. I can honestly say we are not disappointed. The food was fresh, warm, & delicious. The portions are great. We’re a family of four. I ordered 3 cubanos with fries and split it between us. We all were full with that. I would definitely recommend and look forward to trying other dishes from there.

We often dine out to go. We often order the combo order number two, bringing boneless bread chicken chuncks with large white rice, beans, and sweet plantains. This combo number two serves four people. The soups are delicious as well.

Absolutely fabulous food and good service at reasonable prices. This place was obviously well known, with a steady line of people picking up carry-out for supper when we were there. But we still had adequate table service as well - and our mofongo was amazing!

We both also really loved the salad dressing, and we'll definitely go back even though we don't live in Scranton and will have to drive a bit to get there.

*And* they handled my milk allergy with no fuss and no problems!

Absolute best Spanish food in the area. No doubt about it. I'm all the way from NJ, so I live for good Spanish food. Now I have a favorite spot to come to. Service is great, made me feel at home. You get way more than what you pay for here.

I came here with my kids today, we were all satisfied with delicious food, served by professional waiters. The table was well arranged and neat. I trust to be here sooner with my wife.
