Our experience with Michael Mansour and his Staff was an excellent one! The minute we pulled into the CarConnection Superstore lot, we noticed a wide array of quality vehicles of all types/makes. The pickup truck we purchased was clean as a whistle when we took our test drive. Michael answered all our questions succinctly. The purchase process was seamless. I could tell Michael takes pride not only in his vehicle inventory or buildings and grounds - but also in keeping his customers happy. And that Michael Monsour certainly did!

I highly recommend this dealership. Despite having a fire last week they gave us one of the most pleasurable experiences we have ever had at a car dealership. They gave me more for my car than any other dealership offered me and they worked with our unique titling situation. We had looked for months for the perfect vehicle to fit our needs and they came thru for us . Jeff the sales manager was great and the owner Mike made sure to thank us personally for buying from them. All the employees we interacted with were genuinely friendly and welcoming and made us feel special. If you are looking for a vehicle this is the place to go.

Great experience! Jeff had the car we saw online ready for us when we got there. Even though we were in a time crunch, we quickly did the test drive and finished the paperwork. Surprisingly, we finished everything before our allotted time was up.

I found the perfect Pathfinder I was looking for at a very competitive price and drove over an hour from Ohio to buy it. But when I got it home, we started to notice oil leaks. I kept taking it to different shops only to be told they detected no leaks, but after nearly a month of cleaning up the oil, I took it back to a Nissan dealer who finally found the issue. THE ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED! And there wasn't warranty coverage! The records suggest that somehow parts of a belt magically got inside the engine! No one can explain how this could happen, so I was concerned that I was gonna be stuck with the bill.

But Michael Mansour and Car Connection stood behind his product and absorbed a loss to make it right by me. At first I was concerned that I would have to settle for a different car, but their selection was broad enough to let me choose between a comparable swap for the base model I originally bought and an upgrade to a Platinum series - and yes, I still got to come home in a Pathfinder.

Thank you Michael for being the kind of business person to make it right. I will be shopping here first from now on!

Cannot recommend this place enough. We came from out of town with a check engine light. Travis, the mechanic, really helped us out. He got us back home safely, and made us feel welcome and comfortable while we were there. Will definitely return if I have car issues. Id give 6 stars if I could.

This was my first experience with Patty in finance and wow, what a huge upgrade. I felt as though she gave me the best, most thorough experience I’ve had when buying a vehicle to date. I’ve purchased new from big dealers and they just shove papers in your face “sign, sign, sign” this is not what you will have with Car Connection. The time and care you receive with everyone at Car Connection from front sales to the finishing is the best you will get anywhere else. I have gone other places but continue to return to Michael as he always treats me better than family. His prices are on par, he is always fair with trade and as aforementioned, everything is thoroughly discussed throughout the sale. I can’t say enough good things about Michael and his staff! They’re the best around. Always the best choice for me, I’ve never regretted a car connection purchase.

Mike and his staff are great people. No haggle, no pressure, non stressful experience. We went in with a budget and told Mike the car was for our son who just turned 16. We had numerous vehicles to choose from in our price range, and Mike knew the perfect car for our family. We can't thank the car connection family enough! We are customers for many years to come!

Update: 3 years later (now 2022) and I still stand by my review. I couldn't believe how many people actually saw it! I continue to come back for my service needs even though there are other shops much closer to where I live. The staff at Car Connection make you feel like family and, even with high gas prices, that's worth going any distance for.

Patricia worked with me right from the start and did a good job. When Mike was included he explained how they do things so it was very clear. We came to an agreement that we both were happy with and then I worked with honest Joe. He took good care of me helping me with what I really needed to close the deal like extended warranty and gap insurance. I was happy with the overall deal.

After reading reviews, I definitely was interested in visiting car connection superstore to see a Chrysler 300 Uptown edition. This is the second time I bought a used car and I have to say this was the best car buying experience I ever had. Shadi was so nice, friendly, honest and straightforward.

I would definitely recommend talking to him about any future purchase. He will tell you what your options are and not push you into a sale. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive!!

We just bought a 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman with under 12,000 miles on it from The Car Connection. Jeff, Mike, Joe and Mike's mother treated us like family. after shopping around for months at multiple dealerships i ended up finding the best deal on a used truck here. salesman and owner were great people to deal with. definitely recommend a visit if your looking for a vehicle.

Patricia and Jeff were great to work with. They worked with us long distance and was so patient with all of our phone calls, text messages and emails. We traveled from Georgia to get our car. We appreciate them so much working with us. We love our new car.

We drove 1.5 hours to look at a couple vehicles one in particular. Was will worth the drive. The hospitality that we received one on the phone with Patricia was very welcoming. When we got there we were treated like family like we have purchased from them before but never have. Patricia treated or 3 young kids like they were her own. What an amazing experience, finally a dealership that you can actually deal with! Patty, Joe, Mike and Jeff were amazing. My daughter and I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. Patty was our initail contact and we clicked right away. I'm located 2 hrs away and she handled everything, in a professional yet down to earth fun way, before we made the drive. Joe explained our financing perfect and didn't push extra add ons just to make a sale. Mike, the owner, was extremely cool! I would defiantly recommend coming to the car connection. I went to Car Connection to test drive a vehicle. My experience was wonderful, not like most car dealerships. The salesman are extremely helpful and eager to please. The atmosphere is also one of a kind; crisp, clean, but not over the top. The best part of my experience was not feeling obligated into buying the car. The young man who helped me did not push me into making a decision right away. He gave me his business card and gave me the time I needed to make the right decision. After I searched around the local dealerships and checked out what else was out there, I went back to Car Connection to make my purchase. I absolutely love my new car. I would highly suggest at least going there to check it out.

We've had a chance to work directly with Michael Mansour. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with. He helped us buy our first 7 seater car, the Honda Pilot Elite 2017 and we are so in love with it. He went over and beyond to make sure we got a good deal. Although his dealership is located in PA, he helped us buy our car while he was vacationing in Florida. I guess he can work from anywhere. Our experience of buying a car with him was beyond satisfactory. Highly recommend his expertise for any car purchases.

Very willing to negotiate a deal that worked for both parties. The owner Michael Mansour helped in the deal as well. Micheal puts his reputation into everything. A TON of Quality used cars (none of those wrecked rebuilt junk you find on those giant super auto malls lots....). If you're shopping for a car make a point to stop by Car Connection.
