I'm a guy whose interested in drag and came here for the first time today looking for a wig. They had a huge selection, way more than I could've expected! The staff was courteous and helpful and I couldn't have had a better experience. Very happy with my experience and my purchase. Included a selfie with my purchase

The consumer are friendly and helpful nice.There products are available and qualified for women and men.They have accessories and different types of hair products and designs styles are great products.bathroom only for employees and management.They have a great customer services.Organized well.The quality of the sales prices.Some of products are expensive and moderate. They have a large parking spaces available. They have handicap parking space too. They only do not have hair items but other things for sales. They can accept return if you your receipt and you do not use the products before returning it to their store, they will exchange the products for you. They have membership discounts store card too for all customers with points to you a discount on anything you purchase there within the store.

Very well put together establishment. They have all the need a male or female is looking for in their journey of looking and feeling fantabulous. From clothing, hair, jewelry, makeup, nails, whatever the hearts desire, it's endless. Great help from staff, prices are little high, but hey,,,, who can put a price on, "Yaasss, I'm rocking this!" Check them out it's worth coming out with products for your beauty life journey.

I have been coming to this store since before 2017. Always have a great variety of hair and beauty products. Also a great place for accessories. They have trendy jewelry (no solid gold) and accessories like waist beads.

I used to travel all the way to Harrisburg
to get my hair but I am so glad I found this store! This store is really well kept, it is organized, and it has excellent customer service. The choice of wigs, braiding hair, styles, colors, and textures is helpful. The owner is so knowledgeable about the hair and will even help you with hair products that will style your purchased hair texture. He is very polite, very professional and it's just great overall experience shopping.

Ive been going to this store since i was about 10 years old with my mom and im 15 now. They are always so helpful when asked and personally care about their customers. And their store is the best. They literally have everything you could need. From accessories, hair related things, cosmetics, etc. 5 out of 5 stars.

Love love this place I will literally will take that 40 minutes drive to get hair products I lived in chester county and we do have a hair store but it not like this one in Lancaster where it's fully stock and have things that your looking for...friendly staff good customers 5 stars from 😊

I am a regular shopper at Hair Viva and love it. The bigger hair Viva hair supply had more options for hair in generally everything than the one in the mall does naturally just because it's bigger and the original one, but when I went in there today is there options for crochet and braiding hair had tripled much to my pleasure. They have much more Brands types textures and colors. The only con About Hair Viva hair supply is that when you go in there you may leave with much more than you intended to get.:) And that's not even to mention their kindness courtesy and willingness to help, there a lot of things I can Overlook if the customer service is on point but they have a good products and they're nice to boot.

I always have a great experience here. I drive 45 minutes just to come here. I dont even bother going to my local beauty supply stores anymore. Staff is always helpful and I don't feel like I'm being watched. I take my good ol time and shop in peace.

If there is anything from braiding hair, crochet hair, wigs, or hair supplies you need. This place has it all ! I use to drive to Philly to get my hair supplies. I do not anymore since I found this place.
