Matt responded promptly after getting in touch with him about a chimney fire. He explained in detail what problems I was facing and showed me examples of these damaged areas. The work he and his team completed is perfect and I expect it to last from the quality workmanship. He also installed a super efficient wood stove that was perfectly sized and budgeted for me. David and his colleague (sorry, I didn't get the name) installed liners through my chimney in pouring rain. I appreciated the service and professionalism. The cost is relatively reasonable as other estimates I requested were way higher than Cozy Chimney asked for. I will keep an eye on the work and may come back and update on this review.

Cozy Hearth Chimney got the job done the day (Thanksgiving Eve) I called! I knew I needed parts that aren't available to the general public, and after calling Cozy Hearth, Matt knowledgeably confirmed the parts I needed, ordered them and delivered AND offered to install them that afternoon! I declined the install offer, but Cozy Hearth was more than fair in the pricing. I will be using Cozy Hearth Chimney for everything regarding my fireplace and chimney maintainance needs from here on out. Thanks, Matt!

The owner Matt came out to my rental home promptly after I called. He gave a fair estimate to repair my old brick chimney and replace the flue with a stainless steel model. I am feeling so safe for my tenants that I will be getting one for my house ,as well. Thanks Matt for the beautiful job!

Matt and his company installed a new gas insert in our house when we bought it two years ago. We were very impressed with the quality of work, communication, and affordability. We have used in constantly in the the past two years and he recently went above and beyond to help us with a service issue. I will easily be a lifelong customer.

I 100% recommend Cozy Hearth Chimney sweep! I just bought/ moved into my house and wanted my chimney cleaned right away. Matt (the owner) was able to schedule me within a week. Matts employees are very professional, clean up after themselves, and work so quickly!! Matt found that my furnace didnt have a liner and that the chimney to my furnace was actually blocked. He showed me how bad it was blocked and said my family and I were so lucky that carbon monoxide didnt start leaking out. We were able to check our safety because of a carbon monoxide detector. After he cleaned out the blockage he was able to schedule an appointment very soon after to put a liner in my chimney and fix the crown of my chimney. Im sooo happy he caught the blockage and was able to fix it right away. Thanks for keeping my family safe !

These guys are AMAZING!!! They came and worked all day and made sure everything was safe. Installed a brand new wood stove and took out the old one. It was a grueling job. They even came all the way to Dingmans Ferry! They were friendly, easy going and took the job very seriously. They even fixed one of my deck steps that were loose and I think fixed my fan because it doesn't hit the ceiling anymore on high!! Went out of their way to explain things to me and went above and beyond. SUCH a rarity to find good workers like this these days. I can't sing enough praises about them. A thousand thank you's!!!!!!!

Excellent work done in a timely manner! They really took care of everything right down to placing drop cloths down in the home so that the carpeting and flooring wouldn’t be ruined in any way.

Worked with Matt.to put a new insert in and rebuild our chimney. Though they had some.difficulties, they dealt with all of them and got it done on time. Would definitely work with them again.

Have worked with them for over a decade. Matt and Team are very special. We trust no one else with our fireplaces.

Simply awesome

I called this company three times before giving up on them. I initially called them to come out to sweep and inspect our chimney. The person said they would call me back with a date and time that worked best. After a week of waiting, I called again to try to schedule a time. We finalized a date and time. I made arrangements for someone to be home as both my wife and I work. Two hours after the scheduled time, I received a phone call saying that one of their guys called off that day and they would not be coming to my house. I called again to try to reschedule, left a message, and never heard back from them. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

After calling them guys sounded like he is doing me a favor by picking up the phone definitely won't call them again
