Flor Haus

Very pleased with our Flor Haus experience from start to finish. We chose vinyl plank flooring for several rooms, as well as an area rug. Everyone in the store was very helpful, knowledgeable, and fun. The gentleman who came to give the estimate was extremely friendly and professional. The two young men who came for the install were great. They worked quickly and professionally. They kept everything in order and cleaned up after themselves constantly. We would recommend Flor Haus and we would not hesitate to use them again.

From Amy our Sales Associate who took time and patience in our selection of carpet and bathroom flooring, to Steve the owner who planned and scheduled our measurement and installation without a hitch, to Adam, the one man installation professional who installed 2 bathroom flooring and 2 bedroom wall to wall carpet by himself in under 2 days working time. His attention to detail, installation preparation, and finished installation product were nothing short of amazing. We're obviously very happy campers with the Flor Haus team and without a doubt will be using them again for future flooring needs. Thank you Flor Haus.

My wife and I just had Flor Haus install over 1800 sq ft of flooring in our home and we couldn’t be happier. We originally we planning on only doing our basement but decided to do our first floor as well. We were previously steered away from sheet vinyl flooring by another installer, but after talking with Steve, he assured us that what we wanted was possible with sheet vinyl.
The installers Daniel and John Mark were both extremely courteous and respectful of our home and our “curious” toddlers.
I would highly recommend Flor Haus to anyone looking to have a flooring project done in their home.

I was looking for a flooring company, so I always resort to my trusty guide, Facebook, and asked local people for recommendations. Three different people chose Flor Haus. That tells me that you guys must be pretty good. From start to finish, we had a great experience. Diane was great, helping me match a carpet swatch we already had from another big box company, and the ladies in the showroom were so friendly and helpful, as well as Steve who did the measurements, to the installer. (his name escapes me) Thank you so much! The carpet looks great and everyone who comes over says how nice it feels under their feet! I will definitely call you guys again! Thank you.

Steve and the staff at Flor Haus helped us with choosing and installing flooring for our entire home renovation. They had a great selection and were well priced. The carpet and hardwood installers were knowledgeable and provided excellent craftsmanship. They maitained a neat work environment as well. We highly recommend them for selection, quality and price.

Great selection and reasonable pricing. Sales rep, Linda, was knowledgeable and patient with us as we chose the best flooring for our home. Installer, Ron, took his time and treated the install like he was installing at his own home. We had shopped at 2 other flooring stores for our project, but Flor Haus was where we felt most connected. We will choose Flor Haus for future projects.

Flor Haus has a great selection of flooring along with wonderful customer service. However, the best is their installer. Adam has installed plank flooring in two different rooms and both times the rooms look amazing when finished. No one would ever guess that there was once wall to wall carpet. Very respectful and cleans up leaving you nothing to do but place your furniture back in the room.

Diamond Home Transformations (David Stoltzfus and James) did an excellent shower and floor tile installation in our bathroom remodel. They were very professional yet personable and were always receptive to our ideas and requests. Would highly recommend them. They had a tough job because they had to fix all the problems that the initial installers left behind including a crown in the floor (one side off by 1/4" and the side off by 1/2").

Our Flor Haus experience was terrific from beginning to end. When Jim came out to measure, he was punctual and able to answer all our questions. Ron, the installer, did excellent work! He was professional and is a true craftsman.

Staff at the store was very helpful when I was picking out my floor. The 2 gentleman that installed my floor were excellent. They did a great job at all the door ways and cleaned up very well before they left for the day!! I would ask for them again if I do anything else in my house!!

Steve and the sales crew at Florhaus are the best. And we were very well pleased with all flooring and installation we purchased there. You need to give them an opportunity to serve you. Flooring, ceramic tile etc.
