Can’t recommend NP flooring enough! Tom is one of the kindest people I’ve have ever met. He’s helped me out with flooring for my first house and now my second. Just had brand new carpet installed today and we are so happy with it! Also the installer that came out was SO quick, efficient and nice! Overall a wonderful experience. (Also- the showroom is AMAZING. They have everything!)

This is my second project with NP Floors in the last 6 years. I couldn't be happier going back to them for my recent flooring project. Tom is a pleasure to work with and pays attention to details when recommending solutions to your flooring needs. He did an excellent job on my property with Vinyl Planks and carpet flooring with high quality materials, and even better, great workmanship by his staff, including Rich! The whole process start to finish was so well managed and easy! Tom did the pricing and measurements, showed us a variety of flooring to choose from, and informed us on each one to help us make the decision that would best fit our family. The prices were reasonable, and with different options we were able to work within our budget. When Rich and his partner came out to install, they were friendly and professional, and worked really fast! They took their time making sure everything was as we hoped. The whole crew is great! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

WOW... customer service, selection, pricing, and installation were DYNAMITE! Absolutely refreshing to deal with such professionals in a world where the consumer is forced to "just accept mediocre" as the norm... well that's not the case when the all-star team at NP Flooring steps to the plate! Tom, Jess & Todd took care of every detail from start to finish with a genuine care in seeing a job well done! AND... I have to say.... there was NOTHING EASY about the job asked of them given the unique space to be carpeted... from the custom carpet order, to the intrque pattern to be aligned, and then there were the countless angles to be managed and preceisly cut for installation! The picture don't do their work justice, but I can assure you in person the space is a knock out and the flooring was the key to tying it all together!

I could not of chosen a more professional and personal company as North Pocono Flooring. They made it so easy to choose and install my carpeting and new flooring. I have a very old house with a lot of challenges when doing any kind of repair or upgrades on. Rich, the installer, was up for this challenge and used his experience, knowledge and skills to face them all! I recommend their services to anyone wanting a experienced company when flooring of any kind is needed. And not to mention "local, small business". Need to keep them going! Thank you, Tom, Jessica and Cory! Your customer service is second to NONE! Excellent quality carpeting. I was undecided on which carpet to order. Jessica let me take samples home to see which one would look best with our wall color. After we chose the carpet, Tom was able to schedule the installation quickly. We love to support the locals. No need to support big box stores!

We had a flood in our home and Tom came highly recommended from one of the contractors working with us. Due to the hurricane in the East, it was very difficult to get a response from anyone, but Tom made the time to get to us quickly and provide an estimate, which was very fair considering the nature of our job.

We had a lot of furniture moving required in addition to the replacement of the rug pad and the restoration of the original carpeting since our insurance company would not pay to have it replaced. They cleaned, repaired, re-stretched and relaid the carpet so well, that it looked better than when the carpet was originally put down.

Tom and his team did a fabulous job! They were receptive and communicative and followed through with everything the way they promised. The carpets in our two rooms are beautiful and plush. An excellent experience from beginning to end! We will definitely use them again.

We were so happy we contracted local - Tom came right over and sat with me as I discussed my needs for flooring in our home. I needed carpet removed and a tile flooring done on our sun porch, carpet removed in a bedroom and the hard wood floors sanded and finished, and I needed all the carpets cleaned in preparation for our grand baby moving into the house with family. He spent a good 90 minutes with me discussing many options, gave me an estimate right on the spot - when we went to the showroom, there was a large selection of flooring to choose from. The entire experience and the workmanship - absolutely tops!! I will use them again and again as we change flooring in other rooms.

Jessica is quite knowledgeable in the flooring and carpet process. She's quite helpful with questions. Rich is the estimator and installer. He knows his stuff for sure.

Great company and service, had a tear in a carpet in a vacation home I own. Tom came out the day after a snow storm to fix it at a fair price. Highly recommended.
