Nicole C was absolutely amazing! She communicated and developed a plan for my hair and executed it to perfection. My hair looks so healthy and I feel amazing. I highly recommend her for any hair services.

I was shopping for makeup ( I don’t usually wear any). And was completely overwhelmed and thought I’d have to leave without buying any. Then I met Antoinette!! She asked me if I needed help and was so kind. So knowledgeable and so very helpful! I went from clueless and discouraged to feeling empowered and looking forward to my event. The store is better place because of her !

Got my hair done here a few times. Always very professional and beautiful results. Shout out to Michael for a great cut on the shortest hair I've ever had. The schedule is also very flexible, and I was able to get in last minute.

Amazing service. I needed to purchase a lip stain in a particular shade for my wedding, and was having a hard time finding it and was on a time crunch. While they did not have the particular shade I was looking for in stock, the associate who helped me was able to resolve my issue by recommending I try a competitor's store, who she knew had the shade I needed in stock. 10/10 recommend Ulta for amazing customer service. I will definitely be returning for all of my makeup needs.

I LOVED this ulta so so much! Everyone in there was so polite and so eager to help! Because I am new to makeup and a darker skin tone I was nervous about finding my shades, but there is a girl in there names Sarah (she has a second part to her first name, but I can’t for the life of me remember what it is) and she helped me so much! I loved everything about her and she needs a raise! She was so patient with me and helped me find everything that I needed. Go there and ask for her she WILL help you ❤

Didn't go for makeup specifically. But they have a great selection and very friendly/helpful staff. They immediately asked me if I needed assistance (as I probably looked out of place as a man walking in by myself). Which I greatly appreciate them checking if I needed anything.

This Ulta store in Lanncaster is fantastic! So many options and the staff was very helpful. I had one of the best customer service experiences at the check out with a clerk who helped walk me through using gift cards. She was patient and friendly the entire time! I will definitely shop here regularly!!

Once I walked through the door, the cashier greeted me and made sure another employee covered the register front area while she helped me. That was very helpful and have to say she was super knowledgeable. Thanks to her, I was able to purchase items for my daughter, husband and myself😀 Thank You Ulta Beauty in Lancaster. I have always been an eye liner and lipstick person. However, after going to a spa with my mom and hearing that my skin had major red undertones and no skin barrier I decided to change things. Ulta is amazing. The staff sat down with me and helped me pick the right foundation. I bought some eyeliner that I didn't love, but didn't worry because of their amazing return policy. The Ulta App is phenomenal. I'm addicted.

I ordered a foundation online and when it came i absolutely hated it. I brought it in to return and asked for help finding a new one. The employees were so sweet. They happily returned my original foundation, and helped me find & order a new one.
They were so patient, honest, & helpful. Would happily stop in again!

Love,everything in this store,employees r very helpful and kind, I wanted a lipstick 💄 n lip liner and certain ones were not available so they ordered everything w no shipping fees and it came directly to house within 2-5 days. Also love that my daughter is a hair stylist in their salon, and I think it would be great to work as a stylist too,looking into that handing in job application 😀 the location is great

I didn’t come into buy anything and Jessica greeted me by saying I had a great complexion and a smiley face. I may have not thanked her for it but later on she helped me with everything I needed with a happy smile. Great customer service at this Ulta compared to others. Jessica made my day and If it were up to me I think she deserves a raise!! Definitely going back to this Ulta for anything I may need.

I’ve always had trouble finding a lip color to go with my skin color, and Carrie/Kari (unsure of spelling) found me the perfect shade of lipstick and lip liner in two minutes and gave me all the usage instructions. Thank you! 💚
