Had Integrity come to inspect and clean our wood burning stove and chimney. This was our second time using this company for the service. You get a good value for the price as well as peace of mind with their in depth inspection. Our technician Tyler was friendly, polite, and very professional. He answered all of our many questions patiently and respectfully, took time to thoroughly explain our report, and came up with quotes for our needed repairs. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Tyler and this excellent company. Highly reccomend!

Tyler & Dave were wonderful. They cleaned the dryer vent and dryer outtake vent to the outside. They were very efficient & friendly. They checked my chimney for wear & tear over the years gave me recommendations and estimates. They were not pushy and sent me the estimates & photos of issues they found with my chimney. They also schedule a yearly service reminder for the same time next year. I really appreciated that as I had gone a little longer then I realized between cleaning. I highly recommend their services.

This is our second time using Integrity for our cleaning service. I am very pleased with the quality of the service. Tyler was our tech, very polite and helpful! He left everything clean, explained some issues that he found and how to correct them. When you heat your home with wood chimney fires are a concern and knowing that we can have peace of mind is priceless. I highly recommend them.

Tyler & Dave came out to clean my chimney. They were amazing. I was thrilled to see a familiar face from Tyler as he helped us last year as well. We got to talk in more details about how to safely heat our home. Dave was also helpful explaining the details from the manual and explaining the why behind different things and how to better and safely use our wood stove. I am thrilled to have my appointment booked for next year already as they made that easy! They were EXTREMELY CLEAN and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone having questions and needing a cleaning. Tyler came put to perform my chimney inspection and cleaning. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He notified me of an issue that I had with my chimney stack and helped me resolve it then and there. I am very happy with the service I was provided.

From our first interaction with Integrity Chimney Services, we have had excellent experiences. From the initial evaluation if our old stove, to installation of a new unit, to today's cleaning, each individual has provided us with friendly and professional work. We highly recommend them. Scheduling is easy. Their recommendations are sensible and indicate their expertise. They show up as scheduled. We have nothing but praise to share.

We originally just wanted our chimney cleaned but the technician,Tyler, found some badly cracked fire bricks. We were glad to know because we use our fireplace a lot in the winter and I wouldn’t want to chance a chimney fire. It took a while for the bricks to come in, but it’s summer so no rush. Soon after the replacement bricks arrived at Integrity an appointment was scheduled. Tyler removed and replaced the broken and cracked bricks in less than an hour. He was pleasant, efficient and left the area just as clean as when he arrived. Very pleased. And, they don’t charge the customer for using a credit card.

We were looking to replace woodstove pipe and venting system. Made several phone calls and had other estimates. Then I called Integrity Chimney.
The salesman, Roy, came by several weeks ago took measurements, spoke with us , explained in detail what needed to be done and gave us a fair price. I might add that Roy is a very caring nice gentleman.
Today, the workmen showed up, Brad and Ian...on time...I might mention. Brad is a highly skilled craftsman. A stickler to detail and a perfectionist. He loves what he does and it shows.
He is extremely competent. He tackled the job with the help of Ian who also was quite professional and efficient. They work very well together.
The trim needs to be added to the top of the box but we were assured that it would be added on in several weeks when they receive the part.
The workmanship is phenomenal.
The woodstove and venting pipe looks great.
There was absolutely nothing for us to clean up when the job was completed.
Brad and Ian were also very friendly, courteous and just nice guys.
We're anxious to use the stove when the temperature drops. For the warmth and coziness and to save on the electric heating bill.

Excellent service and attend site quickly. Everyone is family friendly. I have used the twice once in 2021 and again in 2024 for 2 of my properties. Jason was very professional and thorough. The dryer is tucked in a small tight space and he was able to get to the vent and replace the tubing. He did a great job of cleaning it up. Would happily call Integrity again.

Nice job Tyler! Very knowledgable, patiently answered my questions and I inspected the work which looked good to me. I could see the metal on the pipe again! Before it was soot covered. Overall very happy with the service and will call them back again in the future.

Reminder emails were sent prior to today’s appointment. Technician (Jason)called to say he was on his way and provided eta. He arrived on time. Upon arrival he introduced himself and wore shoe covers upon entering. The work was completed satisfactorily and in a timely manner. Jason cleaned up the work area before leaving.

I’ve been using Soot Soldiers .. now Integrity, for a few years and absolutely love them .., chimney cleaning .. restuccoed my chimney then waterproof .. has held up fantastic.. finally reclined my wood stove chimney and again awesome job .. Tyler was * * Awesome * * 5 stars +

Tyler was professional as well as knowledgeable about the concerns we had of our chimney and fireplace inserts. He arrived at 3:20 and left our home at 5:30 - taking the time to explain and give us advice as to our options. The company kept us posted via email/text as to our appointment time as well as the fact that Tyler was on the way. Received a phone call from Tyler when he was 30 minutes away - a welcomed respect for our time.
