After I read all bad comments.. well it’s not a 5 star hotels but the price we had $57 it was a great option. We stayed in hotels for $500 and this one was even better. Clean, safe, quiet. Perfect for one night or more. Thank you!

IMO the room was very nice for the price. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Only complaint(s) is no breakfast in the morning even though it is advertised when booking (only coffee) and depending on which way your GPS routes you there are some undesirables on the back side on the hotel.

Very easy check-in even an hour early. Very nice lobby. LARGE room compared to other hotels. Bed was comfortable, all amenities as advertised. Breakfast.. So so. Pretty quiet for being right off of a busy area. Room was clean... Only negative was the carpet was "lumpy" from loosening from tack strips... But not a hazard. WIFI... Eh... spotty and tends to be slow. Overall would stay again.

The overnight staff worked hard after a horrible mix up with Wyndham telephone booking system, and we were able find a room last minute. Every other staff member we met along the way was more than just helpful, pleasant about every question we had, and very passionate about whatever their job was. Even the breakfast staff took the food preparation as a necessity RATHER than "uh, just somethin' free they get; of they run out, whatever." LOVED this stay; room was very clean, and a comfortable size. Made my trip even that more special.

Only needed to stay for one night. Staff was very good to us from the time we checked in until our departure. Even though they were sold out for the following night, manager allowed us a late 1:00 PM check-out at no additional charge. Room was nicer than some hotels that we had paid more for in the past. Room had a large bathroom, a couple of living-room type chairs, a desk, ample closet space and (a big plus for me) plenty of conveniently-situated electric outlets. I will certainly stay here again the next time we are in Lancaster.

The staff was very friendly. It was clean and didn't smell of smoke. The whirlpool was nice to relax in after freezing all day at my kids volleyball tournament.

We went on a weekend trip to the Amish Country. The hotel was perfectly located to all attractions. The rooms were really nice and spacious. The staff was pretty helpful. Some could have been a little more helpful. All in all though I would give it a 4.5 out of 5.

Internet issues before check in and laundry knocked on my door two hours before check out claiming to be house keeping. We was still asleep. We also had the do not disturb sign on our door. Told the front desk and it happened before and was addressed but still happening.

I would definitely staff here again! Staff was super friendly! Continental breakfast was delicious, gym was opened 24hours, jacuzzi was very relaxing and stays open late until 9p.

I'm sorry but the rooms need to be inspected before the customers come in. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. When we left and came back the beds were not properly made at all. Might as well left it undone. Too much money spent for such a flaw.

We are frequent visotors to Lancaster and this was our first time staying here. Definitely the right decision. The only downside to the hotel; no pool. Toward the end of our stay housekeeping was lacking but the front desk clerk resolved the issues personally - that was a plus. As a matter of fact the front desk staff and hotel manager were very hands on during our entire stay. Great service all around from them. I'm sure our next visit we'll be staying here again.

A large comfortable hotel literally in the driveway of Dunkin' Donuts. It has a gym, laundry and hot tub. There's also a conference facility.

The bedrooms are comfortable and modern and the breakfast facilities are excellent with a waffle maker as well as the usual breakfast options.

Close to Gabe's, Burlington, Dollar Tree and a few other cheaper department stores. There's no restaurant built-in but it's a very short walk to McDonald's, Five Guys and Red Lobster.

Room was clean, plenty of pillows that were comfortable, free continental breakfast in the morning (a little sparse, but hey what do you want for nothing?), free parking, no real negatives I can think of other than being a little on the pricey side..

Everything was perfect. Bathroom was so clean it looked brand new. Breakfast was good and location was great. Many shops just across the street.

Very clean hotel. Front desk and cleaning staff polite and friendly. Breakfast like most hotels but good coffee! Bed was fine. Better than Comfort Inn!

Great hotel! Friendly staff and the room was beautiful! Awesome shower with great water pressure! Definitely suggest you to stay a night; you wont want to leave!

I stay at a lot of hotels for work, and I love when the hotel is updated and clean, which this hotel is. I wish all my travels took me to hotels this clean. Have no idea why it would have received poor reviews in the past. Trip advisor reviews all great.

My husband and I stay in , Wingate in Lancaster last year and I had a great time the workers was very nice to us...service was absolutely amazing, we got alone without no problem with the ladies at the front desk..nice atmosphere I would say. We sat down in the lobby drinking coffee and talking to some of my friends that met us there..

This is the best family hotel for a family get away The GM. Eric and the staff go out of their way to make your stay happy memories It is so close to malls outlets and local food restaurants that everything is 5 to 10 minutes away. Their breakfast is family friendly. It is the best place for overnight or stay for the week. Just one reminder. You will spend lot's of money while there. So go and stay at Wingate by wyndham when in Lancaster and bring an endless credit card lol
