Very nice group of people. Chris and his mechanics do wonderful work. Got new break pads put on all four, done in no time and in great working order. Don't take your car or truck to your dealership you'll save money here and He's honest and willing to answer questions.

Recently, I was in an accident. While I was taken to the hospital, they towed my car to their facility. When I went to retrieve my personal belongings, they understood and was very helpful. I appreciate their help 💯 percent !

I was in the neighborhood and one of my tires had a screw in it and was air. Stopped in with CJ'S to see if they could help. They were very helpful. They fixed the tire promptly for a reasonable. Would recommend them to others. I would recommend others to check them out.

This tow service is AWESOME! The service was efficient and arrived way before the ETA. I was very pleased. The driver Marco handled the situation with my car professionally. My car was getting towed to the dealership because I lost the key. Upon his arrival he asked for the key & I explained everything. He didn't get upset and kindly stated the car would have to be maneuvered a certain way as to get it up on the flat bed. My car which is a KIA Soul was really hard to move BUT HE DID IT! It took patience because I myself felt really bad with all he had to do to get it going. Thank you Marco for the awesome job! Thank you CJ's for your timely, courteous and efficient service. I will recommend you to others.

Chris was absolutely delightful. My insurance chose him as a provider for a tow after the previous company failed to put on my spare tire and left me stranded with a flat in a Target parking lot. I got delayed getting back to my car for it to be towed, and Chris checked in with me frequently and waited for me to get there. Thanks so much for making my life MUCH easier - wish we could have gotten you from the get-go and avoided the hassle of the previous company!!

I had Marco give me a tow. He showed up in a very reasonable amount of time, and was very quick and professional in doing his job. Excellent service, I would recommend them to anyone for their towing needs.

The battery died in my Mitsubishi Eclipse and I was able to purchase a new one at my local auto parts store. They would not install it because it would take longer than 15 mins. Since my husband recently fractured his tailbone and I have very limited experience installing a battery, I called my insurance company and they requested CJ's Towing to come out to help. Chris was incredibly kind and professional (and fast.... done in less than 10 mins!). I am so thankful for his help and would definitely recommend CJs Towing.

Another fantastic experience with Chris from Cj’s! This morning, while running an early morning delivery route, a sharp stone got lodged in our tire and started an audible leak that was slowed only by the stone partially plugging the puncture it had made.

Because it was so early, our insurance’s roadside assistance had a rough time finding someone to come out and help us put on the spare tire. (As everyone knows, Quarryville rolls up the sidewalks from 8pm to 8am and all day Sunday, so 5:55am isn’t a good time to need roadside assistance.)

We ended up with a State Farm supervisor calling us and letting us know the agents were having a hard time finding someone, so they were taking over. Chris called shortly after, and arrived promptly. He once again managed to remove a tire that was essentially frozen on, and get the spare on in no time flat.

I have a similar experience about 2 months ago.
I'm not sure of the guy name if CJ or Chris however he was very nice and patient. My insurance chose him as a provider for a tow after the previous company failed to put on my spare tire because the lugs were stripped and left me stranded with a flat. I traveled from Mechanicsburg, Pa to Lancaster, Pa to meet my mother and caught a flat getting off the highway. Not only did he fix the flat but also gave a jump as my car didn't turn over after him fixing the flat for some reason. Thanks so much for your patience and helping me get back home. I agree it would've been better to have gotten you from the get-go and avoided the hassle of the previous company!!!!!

The dispatcher and tow driver were both very respectful and professional. The tow arrived on time and the driver was careful with my vehicle. Reasonable rates as well.

I want to thank the driver who came to assist me after breaking a balljoin on rt 30. He had me loaded and home in less then an hour and was a really nice guy. I was also surprised at the towing fee... It was much cheaper then i thought it would be.

Great customer service and family business! Spoke with the owner and he couldn't be more helpful and more kind. Got towed after and unfortunate accident and experienced a very nice tow truck driver.

I had Chris come to give a tow at 5/11/2022 and he took my car were it needed to go he did a very very good job and he knew what he was doing I would call CJ’s automotive and towing if I would need a tow again please call them first for a tow .....
