Lapp Electric

They were very nice on the phone. They said they charge $89.99 to diagnose the problem. Why I asked! Dropped to $59.99. In the mean time I figured out the problem, fixed it and left a message I did not need service. The next day , a service guy called and said he would be out in an hour. Told him was cancelled as I fixed myself. The reason I called Lapp Electric, they were a contractor doing work for my employer at the time. They were neat, completed work required on time and employer was satisfied. I would call in the future should I need electrical work.

I called late morning and received a phone call back almost immediately. An appointment was set up for the same day and two gentlemen, Vincent and George, came out on time.
Both gentlemen were extremely professional, courteous and just generally nice people. They found the problem almost immediately and rectified it.
Would definitely use again and will recommend to others.

I spoke with Tim, at Lapp's Electrical Service explaining that our power had been off for 15 hours due the Electric Service being pulled from our house as a result of a traffic accident. And I was in desperate need of assistance. He told me not to worry that they take care of everything. And he immediately set out to do just that. He established a service job number with PP&L,
sent a young gentleman name Iyla out to the house for the job.
Iyla was kind, courteous, meticulous in his work. I think he left the situation better than it had been before. As Iyla finished his work the inspector arrived to inspect the repair. Once PP&L received notification that everything was as it should be they
dispatched a crew to put power back to the house. I simply can't say enough good about the experience. I would eagerly recommend them.

We had Lapp out to replace our entire breaker box today. Sean and Alex were on time, professional, courteous, and kind. They answered all my questions with patience and left the area as clean as they found it. They finished the job earlier than expected and wore their masks for the entirety of the job. They took the time to correctly label the breaker box. So glad I don't have to guess which breaker is the one I'm looking for anymore. I would highly recommend Lapp. 5 stars to both Sean and Alex for the great work. Mike was as patient as a saint explaining the details of the job prior to us accepting the proposal. The price was great as well. Thank you Mike for taking the time to help us in understanding the project.

We had Lapp do the wiring for our new kitchen. It was a great experience. We always ask questions, so we understand what is being done. The technician was very personable. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of our questions. I would recommend Lapp Electric to all my friends.

Our experience with Lapp Electric was completely positive. The technicians they sent to our home were professional in their deportment and conscientious in their work. They answered all of our questions and explained the issue in a way we could understand. They coordinated with the inspector and the power company. They explained all the scenarios so we were not taken by surprise when the electrical panel needed to be replaced. They had already told us that was a possibility from the beginning. We will use Lapp Electric for all our electrical needs in the future.

My wife and I recently bought an old home in Parkesburg, PA. The house has a ton of quirks, which included dated electrical on an overloaded 100-amp service panel. We had Tim from Lapp out a few times to walk through our situation in detail, and come up with a plan to upgrade and move our service panel, and turn our existing panel into a subpanel, fed by the new service.

Tim gave us a great quote on the work and the folks in the office were quick to get it scheduled. The electrician, Vince, proved to be skillful, efficient, and a wizard at working through all of the oddities of our old house. The new service looks great, and was completed without any damage to the home. My wife and I will absolutely choose Lapp for our future electric needs.

Called for a non-emergency appointment on a Monday and received one for the next morning. Technician was prompt, friendly and professional. Updated our repair to current code. Price as what we expected Always call Lapp Electric for EXCELLENT service.

I can't say enough about Lapp Electric! After a bulb blew in a bedroom, we lost power to a number of outlets. We mistakenly called another company - the technician was here for 3 hours, charged us over $800 and could not solve the problem. Lapp Electric came the next day and found the problem within an hour for a third of the cost of their competitor. Thank you!!
