They installed floors for me on two separate occasions and both times they have done an excellent job. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out their way to be able to meet with us. I would do business with them again!

My husband and I went to BTM to check out luxury vinyl flooring to replace our bedroom carpet. We’ve never had LVF so we needed some expert advice. Lynn, our consultant was very knowledgeable and guided us through the process, always having our interests in mind. We settled on our “perfect” choice and had them come out to measure. Once Brian measured, I asked if he could recommend someone to lay the brick for our fireplace and he was able to arrange the price of the brick work with the flooring installation. I was so impressed and happy to get both jobs done all at the same time. BTM is an outstanding company that works with other small businesses that do AMAZING work! Shout out to Rich Pollan for the incredible brickwork on my fireplace and Kuddos to Mike and Maria Miele who installed my gorgeous flooring! You all work so hard and Jerry and I really appreciate what you’ve done for our home! Looking forward to working with BTM in the future!

We had both wood floors and carpet installed by BTM for our entire house. From start to finish the experience was top notch. Nick did a wonderful job installing the tile in all the bathrooms and kitchen, and went above an beyond with the flooring installation--he meticulously matched the widths and heights of the hardwood boards in each run to create the most beautiful and unique hickory floors for us. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and professionalism at BTM and highly recommend them for tile and flooring projects.

We started in their beautiful showroom with Lin, who was very knowledgeable and professional helping us pick out and recommend products that would look great in our new home. From there the installation crews for the tile, hardwood and carpet were all top notch. We had a few questions during the installation. The crews were more than happy to take the time to answer and explain why they take a few extra steps from what we saw at our last home. I cannot say enough about how professional and incredible this company is. From choosing our 1,100 sq. Ft. Of laminate flooring for our new home to the installation, everybody was just amazing! Been doing business with BTM for over 20 Years. They are always very responsive. They can do small jobs or large commercial jobs. And I would highly recommend them to anyone with a flooring need.

BTM flooring met our expectations and more. We had a entire first floor re-done...more than 1200 sq feet. We were told the job would take upwards of two weeks but the crew ended up getting in done in just under a week. The installers (3 of them) were very courteous and professional and the job was not easy as we had large furniture items that needed to moved around and this was no simple task. On the last day, two of the installers showed up despite them both having a "bug" and not feeling very well. The job once completed looks awesome....like we have a totally new home. The kitchen tile and flooring in the living room, office and den all looks really great...it came out better than expected.
This experience confirmed why we did not go to a typical "box store". At a box store, it is hard to judge the quality of the product and you have no idea who the installers are as each store just subs out the job. And since we have dogs, the quality of the flooring was critical in our selection. We have had cheaper stuff and it lasted less than 10 years...which ultimately ended up costing us more since it had to be replaced. The installers at BTM work for BTM and so their craftsman ship and ability is vetted out before they ever come into ones home. Something I don't think a box store do with any great detail. I highly recommend BTM flooring!
