Nike Factory Store - Lancaster

They are Friendly and were super helpful in assisting me find sneakers for my grandson. The sneakers I wanted were longer available for him and the employee went out of his way to find one similar and an awesome pair for my grandson. I will definitely return !

Nice store, good prices, occasional great sales. Very friendly staff helped me with a problem on a pair of shoes even though I couldn't find my receipt.

I went to this Nike store in Tanger Mall in Lancaster PA to find one pair of sneakers....with 20% off and the help of an associate (Carter) of the store, I went home with 6 pairs of sneakers!!

Saw from outside. The Nike store has the biggest presence. It might also be the biggest (actually longest) building there.

We usually go to the Tanger outlets but decided to try Rockvale that day. I found the Levi's that I was looking for and a nice shirt for half price. The employees there are absolutely wonderful they help you in everything you need. The lady that helped me did a great job in helping me find everything that I wanted and needed. The store was absolutely spotless every employee there was on point.

If anything patrons could be more courteous to each other and not leave a mess as we search for items.
Overall a great experience on weekdays, weekends are way too busy for my preference.

Friendly service. The clerk came around and asked us if we needed help. He told us about a sale, which was very helpful. The check out cashier made sure we had the Nike app so we could save an additional amount. The selection was good. I am happy with my purchase and the experience.

There was a line that we had to wait in when we got here but it did not take long. Once in the store we were greeted by an associate named Bee. B was the most pleasant, friendly, and patient associate that I have come in contact with in a very long time. The way that she interacted with my 7-year-old and trying to help him decide on a shoe was just very genuine and great! I rate at the store at a 5 because people like that are rare. Thank you so much Bee for helping a mom with her two boys ☺ Chick-fil-A's customer service has nothing on Bee!!

The prices were good. The staff was phenomenal! I overheard one kid tell a lady that those shoes would look good on someone who had brown hair! Another staff member was speaking professionally and jokingly to another customer and she was happy with his response.
The cashiers were efficient and very personable. They pulled people from the line to make check-out quicker. Two more cashiers also jumped on their registers when they saw the line growing. They were very well trained. They chatted with my 3 year old son and offered him a job there! They made us feel welcome and special. As we left, my son asked when we could go back to that store. That was great customer service! My 3 year old is also interested in working there when he gets older! Cody was sweet and introduced himself to my son and said he would be excited to see him again. Thanks Nike! We'll be back very soon!

Just visited Nike outlet store and Jen was very helpful and made sure that I left the store with everything that I needed. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my sneaker choice and that they fit perfectly. Her service was so good that I would want her to take care of my own mom if she ever went to the store! 10/10 would highly recommend looking for Jen to be your customer service associate if you ever step into this store. She will take care of you like you are her own family.

Came in to do a return after the Nike in Georgetown in Washington DC screwed up and gave me the wrong style of shoe. Kayla was absolutely fantastic and friendly. She even got me into another pair of shoes that are super comfortable. The entire staff made me feel welcomed and left extremely happy and feeling wonderful. Thank you all at Nike Lancaster!
