Café 301 Food Truck

Laurie brought the food truck to our nursing home to offer their delicious food to our staff, residents, and local businesses as well as passerby’s. The food was so delicious, she sold out! Highly recommend for any events! Our favorites were the chicken and waffles, Mac & Cheese, as well as the soul rolls! Thank you Cafe 301!

Stopped in on a Saturday morning and had the place to ourselves. Service was friendly and quick. Great coffee/tea selection. They even have coffee flights if you’re looking to try a few but don’t want to commit. We had the shrimp and grits with side of fried green tomatoes since everyone seems to be raving about them (and definitely worth the rave) and the buttermilk waffle with eggs and bacon. Food was delicious. We will be back regularly. Thanks for a great meal!

I was surprised by how great this place was. First of all, it's coffee is supremely superb. It's very succinctly roasted and brewed. If you are picky about your coffee and call yourself a coffee connoisseur, then you will be VERY pleased with this place. They serve & sell Lancaster roasted Square One coffee. Their food is right on par with their coffee. You might want to come here just for the coffee if you live in the area or are traveling through the area. But the food is just as worthy. Almost everything is served with a biscuit because of the obviously southern infused flavors that inspire this restaurants menu. The biscuit was great. My eggs were great as well. The price is not cheap in my mind, but it's also realistic according to the kind of cafe that it is with the kind of menu items they serve. The atmosphere of the shop is balanced according to the food...just as nice, good looking, and pleasant.

Laurie makes the best Shrimp and Grits! Seriously, I have never had better. The homemade lemonade is delicious, I loved the lavender lemonade. The biscuits are on point!! The ability to love on the community on the food wall is such a gift. Thank you so much!! 💓

This is one of my favorite go-to’s on my lunch break during the day. They have amazing coffee, pastries & food. The relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff always make me feel welcome. Will always be a returning customer 🥰

Lori the owner stopped to chat and was super friendly! The food is wonderful and the outdoor seating is sweet too. Come stop by and enjoy some delicious food with a twist!

The food was amazing. I love the soul rolls and shrimp and grits. My husband got the sausage gravy on biscuit with chicken and that was really good also.

I can’t rave enough about this place! The look is wonderful along with the friendly staff and owner. The food is phenomenal and they have the best green fried tomatoes around. The variety is perfect for a little cafe with a menu that isn’t the same as every other place around. It is very refreshing and I definitely recommend trying.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. It's quite roomy, but granted, it wasn't busy when I was here. My Chai Tea latte was delicious. I got the soup and half a sandwich, and they were quite yummy too! Service was excellent as well.

Laurie has always done an amazing job with making any food taste delicious. We were long standing customers at Cafe 301 in Columbia- and will try to visit her as much as we can via her mobile Cafe! Always an array of flavor and texture that makes Laurie's dishes complete. We always felt satisfied and happy after eating a meal made by Laurie!
Laurie is excellent at catering, she did our daughter's 1st Birthday and without fail... showed up on time, set up everything beautifully. You can tell it's her passion. For me, my dollar is better spent voting for someone's passion- that helps other's feel good.

What a wonderful accident. My plan was to work at another cafe, closer to home, for the day. When their internet was down I did a search further out and found this gem. Great vibe, wonderful customer service, and the food was INCREDIBLE! Shrimp and grits!!! Was able to chat with the owner for a few minutes near closing time and even after a long busy day the joy for what she did was instantly obvious. Will absolutely be back!

What a fantastic cafe! Food is made to order so it takes a little time (I think my order took about 25 minutes to come out, the place being pretty full), but it was the best grilled chicken salad I think I've ever had. Very nice dining/hangout space. Lots of corners and nooks to get comfy in. Definitely worth checking out!

Cafe 301 has a warm and loving atmosphere the minute you walk in. It is one of my favorite spots to chill and relax during a busy work day. Chef Lori and her staff does a phenomenal job in making each individual customer feel valued and satisfied. Her food is simply amazing! It’s unique and original and I love it!

I had a great experience at Cafe 301 today. I drove from Baltimore to dine here due to my sister sharing her dining experience with me from the previous weekend. The shrimp and grits were perfect and very flavorful. Chef Laurie does have gifted hands and it definitely reflects in her dishes. It was certainly worth the drive to dine here. Many kudos to founder/owner/Chef and President of Cafe 301, LLC. Madison, team member, was friendly and very courteous during my visit. I will pay another visit very soon.

I'm so glad we found this spot! The food and service are absolutely incredible. Awesome place for a weekend brunch with elevated soul. They also had live music during brunch which was excellent. I live a bit more than an hour away, but I can't wait to go back...unless they open a Maryland location!

Only been here once, today! It was really good! Had a craving for fried green tomatoes 🍅😋and wow! They are amazing here! The chef you see on the website, she is the one to bring your food out, very homey feel in this cute, brightly colored cafe! (I love the yellow, so happy!) I also got the sweet potato fries and they were amazing 👏🏼 & the raspberry lemonade 🍋YUMM!

I came in and the kitchen was closing early but they still whiped something up quick and it was great for my relaxing Saturday this week! Will definitely come back! 😊🍽🥤

What a gem! Delightful atmosphere, genuine service, delicious food. Fried green tomatoes were spot on, the grits were creamy and hit that "comfort-food" spot. The coffee and homemade bakery items were excellent. I can't wait to go back!

It takes awhile for the food to come out but it's worth the wait. I had the best Shrimp and Grits that I have ever had and my wife had the Exceptional Soul Rolls which she thoroughly enjoyed. The staff is very friendly..
