I went in the store looking for an uncommon kind of engagement ring that wasn’t available and had to be customized with only a short amount of time to get it and the store manager Stepha was extremely helpful and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for in only 2 weeks! She went out of her way and did everything possible to make it work and I wouldn’t have gotten the right ring on time if it wasn’t for her. It turned out absolutely beautiful and perfect! Will definitely go back for any future purchases!

Awesome experience at Zales inside the Viewmont Mall! I came in looking to purchase an engagement ring....completely lost and didn't even know where to start! Mary Kate helped me and worked with me for well over an hour and truly spent the time to go through each ring, explain the differences of the rings, modeled many for me (Very much needed!!) And was extremely patient with me through the entire process! In the end, though there was more than one choice...I found the perfect ring and that's because of just how great Mary Kate is at her job and as a person! I cannot say enough nice things about her, the entire experience and the whole team at this location! They are patient, knowledgeable and will do whatever they can to make the dream, a reality!
Thank you to the entire team at the store but a huge THANK YOU to Mary Kate! She is a genuine rock star and will make you feel calm and confident! Now it's off to Arizona for the proposal!!

I am a very long time customer, 30 plus years, of Zales in the Viewmont Mall in Dickson City , PA. Every time I have gone into the store, I am greeted immediately, and I am asked if they can help me find something or even when I say I am browsing , the still let me know that they are there to help and to let them know if I have any questions. All the staff and team members at that Zales location are fantastic. Best customer service, very knowledgeable about the jewelry, great at helping me find a gift for a person that is difficult to buy for, and they are never pushy about purchasing a piece of jewelry. The last time I was in the store, I went to browse and with the help of a great team member, MaryKate, I actually ended up purchasing a bracelet for myself. She showed me many bracelets, even though I told her I was browsing, she treated me kindly, patiently and respectfully and never said anything pushy about buying. I love the bracelet I purchased and MaryKate was a perfect representative of the company she works for. I own many pieces of jewelry from this store and I know my collection of jewelry from this store will only grow. It is a store I very much enjoy shopping at, weather I purchased a piece or not, or just browsing. All team members of this store are just as fantastic as MaryKate is. I Love the viewmomt store the manager Steffa is very knowledgeable friendly she goes out of her way she always makes me happy Joanie is friendly and willing to helpout purchased a chain and no one could get the pendant on but Jared did awesome beautiful job Marykate is an amazing sales person she goes above and beyond to make the customer happy I purchased several items rings necklace earrings and pendant it the best store in the mall with the VERY BEST workers I won't shop for jewelry anywhere else I just can't say enough about the workers it's always a pleasure to shop there

Went to pick out my wedding band and the guy who helped us was very helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about. He helped us find a perfect ring. Couldn’t be happier. Prices were also very fair.

I absolutely love my diamond consultant Stepha! She is very knowledgeable in all of the products and answered every question and them some. She was also very patient with me in helping to find the perfect jewelry that looked like it was made just for me. I can't wait to go back again to see Stepha so she can help me find gifts for my friends and family.

Love my jewelry..little annoyed that when my man bought it no one recommended service plans so I had to call later but it was easily fixed..75 percent off too?allowed us to buy all the rings needed at once....

Got a watch battery replace. Very helpful as I did not get the watch they. Got at JCP and the won't replace battery have to send out and said 6-8 weeks. No thanks

Awesome sales girl helped my wife pick out a new wedding and engagement ring that she lost 15 plus year's ago while swimming in DeLeon Springs Florida. My wife is excited to get a really nice replacement with our 30th anniversary coming up in January.

The staff at the Viewmont Mall store is wonderful! They are always extremely pleasant, and very helpful. If you can't find what you're looking for they will help in any way they can. It's not just about the sale for them. I've done plenty of business with them and they are always professional and courteous!
