Giant Floor

Bought 1650 sq ft of FERMA 3/4 maple hardwood. Adam was our sales rep and was phenomenal. Great communication, great help, timely delivery, hardly any damaged product. our renovation ran into a big hold up also, and giant floors kept our product in a climate controlled warehouse for an extra 6 months or so for no extra charge. I did the install myself, so I have no feedback on that. Overall, I would highly recommend.

I had some bad rain damage on my new floor, I called for an estimate and Adam picked up, he showed up the same day and I had the insurance estimate in my hands in a few hours. I’ve had work done by these guys before. They’re really good. Adam was awesome to deal with and he went out of his way to expedite my estimate since the insurance company was pressuring me. I would give 100 stars if I could. Mike was amazing from start to finish. A true patriot as well!!!! Carpet quality is A+! I was in a bad situation at 10pm on a Monday. I was moving my young daughter into her first away from home rental for college. Mike just happened to be there for other reasons. We noticed the carpet on the first floor was in terrible condition as well as the tack strips and padding. Mike offered to do the job right there and then. He worked diligently overnight getting the whole downstairs re-carpeted. And all this for an unbelievable price!! Thank you to Giant Floor and Mike for an A++++++ Job!!! Thank you Kevin and Giant Floor again! I've been using Giant Floor since 2014. Robson and his crew came out to install a new vinyl plank flooring in our newly renovated kitchen and living room. The got the job completed in one day and the guys were incredibly professional and cleaned up when they finished. I will certainly work with Kevin again in the near future.

I ordered the Cali Redifined Pine flooring, it is even more beautiful than I had anticipated. We are doing a new build and decided to do the entire first floor in the Cali flooring. Wow. Love it. We worked with Adam at Giant Flooring and he was excellent in every phase. Thank you. Will definitely use Giant Floor when we are ready to finish the basement.

Very helpful & was willing to try & make a deal. Shopping around & found a better deal @ Home Depot. Will go back & see but dropping a $1 per square foot is seeking a lot.

The job was rugs in 3 bedrooms and a wooden floor in the kitchen. The job took one day. The young men working on these rooms did a fabulous job with all rooms. They removed the old rugs and kitchen floor quickly and also moved all the furniture. We were extremely pleased with a great job. The cost for all this work was also phenomenal. We are happy to recommend Giant Floor to anyone needing this type of job done and on a tight budget.
