Nice place. Little expensive

Strongly discourage! Despite informing the property manager about broken blinds during move-out and receiving reassurance it would not be a problem, they deceived us. My girlfriend took a day off of work to meticulously cleaned the apartment and appliances. I even fixing curtain anchor holes with drywall mud and sanded them down. However, the property managers dishonestly withheld our security deposit. If considering a JMC Living property, document the apartment's condition with pictures before and after moving in/out to safeguard against such deceit.

They take advantage of residents everyone needs a place to live so how come you raise the rent every year? No amenities over price very small space I pray people can find something better & affordable. This place rather see people homeless.

I am being truthful when I say I would not recommend these apartments/villas, to anyone! (This is just from my experience.) I called and set up an appointment to look at one of these apartments a couple of years ago and OMG....it was the worst looking place I ever saw. First off the lady that showed me the place was very nice. I had no problem with her. But the apartment itself, was small, dirty and it stank because the person that lived there had a dog and didn't clean up after it. As soon as I walked in the front door there was a small kitchen to the left. Dirty dishes were in the sink and there was trash on the floor. The living room was so dark and dingy I could hardly see the layout. We went up a pair of steep steps, where there were two bedrooms. In one of the bdrms was some kind of make-shift shower stall that looked like it used to be a closet. Honestly, the place was horrible. I am not sure why I was showed this particular apartment, maybe that was management's way of discouraging me from renting there....if that was their motive...it worked!! Would never want to live there!

UDATE: It was more than a year ago! In regards to the response below from Cherry Hill Villas, I have emails to prove that I have visited this facility.

Yea..we rented here a few years ago. They send the maintenance man to spy on you. Over priced for a small two bedroom apartment. Things constantly broke. Over charged for things when we moved out (I cleaned the already dirty stove drip trays and they charged 25$ for each one. Those are 12$ for a set at home depot). Overall, not a good idea to move here.

Sent a bill to collections for $175 because their cheap blinds fell apart after normal use. They never bothered to contact me about it. Do not recommend.

Horrible treatment to their tenants, once you moved in, they totally forget about you as a customer.

Very poor customer service for those seeking an apartment.
