The most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on! We spent the night at the Quality Inn in New Columbia PA the mattress was so comfortable we took a picture of the label with the brand & model number so we could get the same mattress! Love it

Not a good experience. I called to ask about the materials used in the mattress and not only did Scott- the man who purchases the raw materials for manfacturing- say he'd never heard of the material literally listed on the mattress tag- he also dismissed my concerns and questioned why I would even have them. The call was demeaning and rude and I find it concerning and bizarre that PA Bedding Co doesn't know what materials they are putting in the mattresses that they make. Will never buy from this company again.

bought a freedom mattress,,, had problems with the top bubbling up an wavy, they replaces the mattress it was only 5 months old,, the second mattress started doing the same thing,,,waiting for a reply on what they are going to do,,,,, I do not want another one,, lets see what they do

First let’s talk about Scott walls the sales manager in charge of warranties. He is very unkind doesn’t seem to care at all about the issue your having.
I can’t find my receipt and was just hoping to maybe look up the ID number on the mattress. It’s a long shot but I figured I’d try. That’s when Scott accused me of “getting it from a dumpster”. It’s understandable to deny my request but, to insult me is not.
So I was told my mattress is no longer under warranty... and even if it was I’d be responsible to ship it to the location.
This company Lacks all the attributes of a trustworthy establishment.
Would NOT recommend.

I purchased a King Size Mattress about a year ago from Mattress Warehouse and according to the sales manager, the bed was no longer covered by the in- store warranty. I was instructed to contact the manufacturer and this is when the nightmare began! I reached out to PA Bedding in hopes that this was a reputable company and that they would make good on a DEFECTIVE mattress. Mine was caving in the middle and causing extreme back pain. Scott Wallis was responsible for warranties and after multiple attempts, I was finally able to speak to him. He told me that I was solely responsible for transporting the mattress across multiple states all the way to the Scranton area despite being told by Mattress Warehouse that a technician would come to my home to measure the defect and make a suitable replacement. I was told that I was harassing "his girls" with my phone calls as he proceeded to berate me for expecting what any reasonable customer would expect from a warranty company and then hung the phone up on me !!!! Needless to say, I am stuck with a DEFECTIVE, INFERIOR mattress from a manufacturer with unscrupulous business practices and the absolute WORST customer service in the entire mattress industry. Hopefully you'll read the reviews prior to sinking hundreds of dollars into a mattress in which the manufacture refuses to refund or replace knowing that it's a poorly made substandard product! BUYER BEWARE! SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Bought a mattress and still is under warranty. A spring broke in it and it is not useable. I called today and spoke to the one man who handles these problems for them and i was told I need to ship the mattress to pa ( I'm in cny) and they will fix it. I was told when I bought it if there was a problem it would be replaced. 1) shipping cost is mine, 2) who can go without a mattress to sleep on, 3) it's a lame policy. 4) I was lied to. Plus it most cost a ton to ship a king size mattress out is state. This is called a warentee but it really is not

I will never but from this company again and make sure to tell everyone I know about my experience.

Brought a Queen Size Mattress From
Mattress Warehouse with a 10 year warranty called the company.
In Old Fordge Pennsylvania talked 2 the
Manager Scott Wallace he told me that i had 2 ship it 2 company !
Me paying 4 S&H!
Im disabled with Chronic Spinal Disease.
When i got this matterous I was told that i was covered !
That the Company would send out a tech if I had any defects or problems with my purchase thats why i trusted the company .
Scott Wallace had no concern what so ever !
This man said that he didn't have a tech 4 Virginia!
I asked 4 the CEO ,
Does anyone know the CEO ????
It's not fair 2 the consumer 2 be misled !
Im going 2 take this as far as I can 2 get my matterous replaced .
Shame on u !!
Help me with this issue !
Also Scott Wallace told me 2 contact the place where I purchased I did .
They didnt understand what I was told
There investigating the issue .
I only had it a year and I spent good money 4 it !!

Springs coming through sides of mattress after 2012 purchase. Still under warranty. Called after furniture company could not contact them. Was told i had to return mattress for repair??!# PLEASE!! Ready to call bbc about this warranty service!

Purchased a mattress from this company and the mattress only lasted two years! Many indentations in the mattress. Never seen such low quality in a product that cost over one thousand dollars! Really disappointed. Do not buy their product!

Stay away from this no name company....yes spend the extra money...at least it will last longer the 5 years my $1300 lasted. It looks like a camel...lol...txt me if you want to back it up...I'll drive it back.
