Very poor customer service. Bad attitude on the phone and when asked if I could have work done and I had the pieces I needed, "I only use what I have" was his answer.

They had a bad attitude on the phone when asked a question. Asked what guns they had in. Apparently they only sell "real guns." Whatever that is.
