Mendicino's Pizza and Family Restaurant

Honestly very good food. Ham and bean soup reminded me of my father's from when I was little. The alfredo was simple, creamy, and had the right amount of saltiness. Jenny, my server was very nice and answered all of my questions and listened to my nervous babble. Wonderful service. The bar area is beautiful, sleek, and the staff seemed happy to be there.
Will definitely be coming back

I was a guest for a Confirmation party. The food was delicious.
The wait staff was on top of everything & they were courteous, polite & very professional.

Top notch service, our server was extremely efficient and friendly. Contemplated all our needs before we asked. Excellent Chicken Gumbo Soup 🍲 and we tried Antonio's Pizza- american and mozzarella cheese, which is different but very good. Saw they sold soups to go. Wish I had grabbed one but had no room. Would stop in again

We live nowhere near this restaurant but happened to be in the area doing some Christmas shopping. This gorgeous little family-owned restaurant is a gem! We were there on a quiet night, but the wait staff was amazing and so was the food! Classic Italian recipes, gigantic portions to take home, and a beautiful interior. I'm so happy that we were hungry at the right time and place. 🍝

I had eaten at Mendicino's before and loved their pizza. Never have I had a hoagie. I changed that today and it changed my life.
The Steak Combo Hoagie was massive and filling and I can hardly describe how delicious it was. Mouth watering and satisfying is the best I can do. Would DEFINITELY get it again. Worth every penny.

It was our first visit. Outstanding service and really delicious food. The portions were especially generous too. We especially appreciate that they were also accommodating of food allergies (gluten-free, dairy-free). Will be back!

Always a pleasure to visit, great foods and the staff is very friendly. We come to our camper each week and we make it a point to come. Whether is a full meal or a sandwich this is a place you want to check out.

Delicious food and great service. I just went out in a major snowstorm to get my pizza, super Stromboli and soup!! I live about 16 miles away, down the mountain. The things you do for your favorite food!! Always delicious 😋

Moved to the area in January. We eat out more then most and this place has been our go to for last 6 months. Always delicious and prefecture cooked. Pizza, A+, Stromboli A+, Cavetelli A+... actually have not received anything from here that's bad. Best food in this area and it's affordable.

I am very impressed with the staff and overall experiences with Mendicino’s. I started going to this restaurant as a default when I first moved to North Pocono area, because I was just learning the area. I really enjoyed the pizza, hot wings, and lemon drop martinis. As I continued to visit the restaurant, I learned that they make many of their own items in house to include the fresh squeezed sour mix for drinks. Then the unexpected happened, I learned that I was gluten intolerant. The day after my diagnosis, I had a lunch meeting at Mendicino’s. The waitress could tell that I was unsure and beside myself as I looked through the menu. When I told her about my gluten intolerance and that I was still learning, she told me not to worry. She spent the next few minutes reviewing the menu with me and telling me how they can cook the dishes to be gluten free. She also spent many minutes instructing me on things to ask or look for when I go out to restaurants. I am very grateful and impressed that they went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable as a dinner guest. There food is always made fresh and delicious. If you are in the North Pocono Area for vacation, this is a must go.

Got the small Tripe as an appetizer and it was huge, I got a bowl full, well worth the price. I got the lasagna which was good, but not as good as mine, But the portion was large. My wife got the pasta and broccoli and she couldn't eat it all. Would definitely go back. Service was really good. Overall no complaints.

My wife and I eat here once a week while our daughter is at dance class. The food is fantastic and the service is also fantastic. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. Keep up the good work!!!!

Buffalo Chicken salad! Grilled chicken was so flavorful and tender! I loved the Buffalo sauce. Server was super sweet! Never disappointed here

I'll tell you about this place. It was fantastic. The options are immeasurable. I love Tripe. I ordered as my starter. Thought it was a cup. I was wrong. It was a bowl. Was gonna add crushed red pepper but didn't have to. Great amount of heat. My wife had Ravioli which I tried. I had spaghetti with white sauce. Great choices. Have freezer on way out the door with different types of soup. Prices in my book. Very nice. Great atmosphere 👌
