On 10-24-2022, one of the store's sales floor staff, BRYAN (or BRIAN) was so helpful that he led me and assisted me in selecting the items I was looking for. Then, he even got the sizes I needed while I was trying them on in one of their dressing rooms. Nowadays, that's a "RARE, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE" especially in an outlet store, as most of these stores do not go beyond a typical service. Then when I got to the cashier stand, JENNIFER was also delightful! These two workers made my shopping trip not a chore, but a great shopping experience! I hope these two gets paid more than a minimum wage ,as they are BOTH A GREAT ASSET to this company and not a liability!!

Great selection of clothes. Couldn't find my size and sales associate was more than happy to check for my size which they had. I also had a $10 reward and 10% off coupon. Great place to shop for good quality and travel clothing.

We were Lancaster to see Sight and Sounds Theatere's depiction of the life of Jesus. After the show we had dinner and decided to do some shopping. We picked Eddie Bauer because of their clothing line. We hit it right as they were having a sale. The four of us each walked out with new purchases.
